Excellent destination and I am definitely visiting again
Pros:

The hotel is located at a central location in Medina and is close to many attractions. The breakfast is very good as it combines local and European cuisine. The staff is very friendly, hospitable and share with you information any information one might need. The overall stay was very very pleasant!

Cons:

The bathroom could use some renovation and fixing. But the overall conditions overshadows this small problem.

This is a nightclub/cafe masquerading as a hotel. The hotel rooms were surrounded by café/seating areas and people were loud all night. The windows and doors were not soundproof so you could hear the noise and smell the cigarette smoke in the room. During the time we spent there we were able to sleep starting from 2AM (when noise quieted down) until 7AM (when the service workers started making noise). One night somebody started using power tools (drilling!) around 12:20AM.
Otherwise the staff was friendly and rooms were clean.

Had a problem with the safe in the room (was making a weird noise during the night), and the staff quickly came and fixed it. Special thanks to Sami. He was wonderful.

Pros:

Posizionato nella via più bella della Medina. Struttura in un mix di architettura locale e arredi moderni. Staff estremamente cordiale. Abbiamo consumato tutti i pasti (cena, colazione, pranzo) nel meraviglioso ristorante annesso alla struttura e sono stati i migliori di tutto il viaggio. Assolutamente consigliato
