Bra hotell
Pros:

Bäddsoffan var bättre än förväntat. Fin utsikt över staden. Trevlig personal. Lätt att hämta parkeringstillstånd för att kunna parkera en bit bort från hotellet. Centralt läge nära till det mesta.

Cons:

Finns ingen AC. Väldigt varmt på rummen trots fläkt
Hade kunnat städats bättre. Låg stora dammråttor på golvet så märktes att det inte städas ordentligt.
Timeade in hotellvistelsen med ett cruising evenemang vilket ledde till att man låg i sängen sent efter midnatt och hörde gasande bilar och hög dunk musik

Below expectations
Pros:

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel.

The room had no air conditioning, and because the air was very stuffy, we were only given a small desk fan. It made the room quite uncomfortable, especially during the night.

Another disappointment was the sofa bed for our children. After arriving at 9:00 p.m. following a long day of traveling, the last thing we expected was to have to make the children's bed ourselves. The sofa bed was left unmade, and we were told this was so it could be used as a sofa. However, we have stayed at several other Scandic hotels, and the children's sofa bed has always been made up before our arrival. to make matters worse, there weren't even any bed linens for the sofa bed in the room.

When paying 2000 sek for one night, I expect a higher standard of service and convenience. If I have to make beds myself, I might as well have booked a hostel instead.

Overall, this was not the level of comfort or service I expect from Scandic.

Cons:

Maten i buffen var kall när vi skulle äta. Väldigt varmt på rummet, ingen AC. Kunde inte sova med fönstret öppet pga högt ljud från ventilation.
