Nostalgic Bangalore.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The location is really nice. Short walk to great coffee shops, restaurants etc in a leafy part of Bangalore. This would be a great option for the domestic traveler.

Cons:

The hotel is showing its age. Also, it caters to a bygone generation of travellers. The check-in process was not well integrated. The staff had no clue about my confirmed booking through booking.com and had to forward them the confirmation email.

Excellent, and I will stay there again!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. I had already checked out in the morning, and left my luggage at the hotel. On the way back after exploring Bangalore all day, I was caught by heavy rain and arrived totally drenched. The manager very kindly let me take a shower and change in an empty room at no charge!
Breakfast was very Indian focused, which I liked. If you like Western breakfast, it was less varied but omelettes are available too.
The location is central and close to 2 metro stations. ( I highly recommend using the metro) and bus stations.
I had a big room with a separate TV area and big bathroom. There was a TV in the main bedroom and a balcony.

not spacious room but very good maintained / clean and good room.
Pros:

The senior receptionist does not even look at face or smile. Just do the job like robo and does not even greet or ask us to proceed to room. The other reception staff is too good smiley. Ohter helper staffs are good.

Room is too small (studio).

Carpets were stinking in the fourth floor. The exhaust in the room was making a lot of noise.
