I never stayed there and I think I should be refunded the money.

i never made it too my destination that night I left messages with both the hotel and booking.com .
But yet I was still charged for the stay. because I paid for the room up front. but our car broke down on the way there. yet I was still charged for a room I never even spent the night there I tried to cancel the room just minutes after I paid for it. ,,So I'm not very happy about the whole night everything that could go wrong did go wrong and I couldn't even get a refund. i think it's completely unfair and unprofessional of them not to give me a refund . As my card was charged for the $103. I really could have used that money back seeming it's Christmas and all . But I guess that didn't matter to them.

Front desk staff was awesome! Property convenient to the trade center and many good restaurants.

Paint job throughout ( wood work) needs painting and repair

It was decent until we found the stains in the sheets

The price was good and the proximity was great

Cons:

There were stains in the sheets that we didn’t notice until the morning. The tub was leaking and didn’t seem clean. The hair dryer and iron didn’t work properly.

Drugs dirty room loud noise from business next door

Cons:

The room was nasty and dirty. It was next to a restaurant / liquor store where there was drug deals going on underneath our windows the noise was very loud from the vehicles playing music but right under our window people coming and going drag racing down the street by us the parking was not secure and safe had to park out by the interstate was afraid my truck was going to get broken into and the room was filthy. My spouse went there and they would not have let her use my credit card to get the room so we were a late check in and then they canceled our room where I couldn't get any points or anything from bookings I got an email from booking saying that I canceled or I was a no-show very unprofessional I confronted the desk about it and they said they never canceled it and bookings is lying

Pros:

The noise from the nearby freeway was terrible. We heard motorcycles flying up and down the freeway until about 3:30 AM. Very difficult to sleep.
