Perhaps one of the best places I have ever visited in my life!!!

Stayed at this hotel for one night only . It’s well located , has a guest parking lot . Staff very friendly, room was really nice , well furnished, well maintained. The bar on the second floor is nice too . Gym is small but okay for short stay . Didn’t use the sauna though. All and all , very good hotel .

In russia so far in many years i have been in many hotels. In top i world like to add Radisson Blue Rostov Na Don. It is in Service Level like Hyatt Jekaterinburg or Hilton Tjyumen . Personel , like today at breakfast Daria or reseption Diana! Great staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast!

The hotel is excellent and staff always try to help and satisfy you. there was a technical problem with the booking but they solved and they apologize showing a very good customer service. Artem at front office provided a perfect customer service.

Отель соответствует уровню, хорошие завтраки, удобная кровать, просторный номер, замечательное расположение. Одно вызывает недоумение, как можно на шведском столе расположить все крайне неудобно? К примеру, глубокие тарелки были в одном месте, а каша в другом, стаканы под сок находятся не рядом с соком? После этого челенджа утром на завтраке быстро получается включиться в рабочий ритм😄

Отличный сервис, завтрак прекрасный. Персонал очень приветливый и работает на все 5. Все понравилось, номер видовой на Дон. Посетили СПА, прекрасно расслабились с дороги.

Отель расположен в очень удобном месте на набережной Ростова. рядом много ресторанов в шаговой доступности. красивая набережная. жили в номере повышенной комфортности с видом на дон. очень рекомендую вид классный. издалека виден вечером стадион. шумоизоляция хорошая, проспект не слышен. завтрак очень качественный - рекомендую. Персонал очень воспитанный и вежлив. в целом за такую цену очень адекватное цена качества, чего не скажешь в целом о Ростове. если не знать хорошие правильные места то цены местами московские, особенно на вино. всем успешного отдыха!

After a long day arriving in a well prepared hotel, who was awaiting you as a guest is always a great plus. After the short a professional check in I’ve arrived in my very nice an modern designed room. Clean and spacious with comfortable furniture.
The hotel is well located on the "old" pier, in the center, near to the things to see & restaurants in Rostov.
The staff is not worst than usually in Russia, which is already good.
The building is quiet new, rooms are spacious and still clean, & are equipped with clean iron & board.
The breakfast is excellent, the best I had among Rostov hotels.
