Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Really comfortable beds. Quiet at night allowing a good sleep. Everywhere in the hotel was clean. Staff friendly and welcoming. Newly re-furbished fitness centre is good.

Pros:

The beds were comfortable, the pool, hot tub and the bar atmosphere was very nice.

Cons:

Hot tub was adults only but parents kept bringing in young children and staff does not enforce the rules.

Would recommend, good price point.
Pros:

The breakfast was great I wish they kept a protein for all days of our stay. The staff were great in particular Katherine front desk staff was great she had great energy and made our stay better and she was excellent at multi-tasking. We also appreciated the amenities that were available such as the hot tub, pool, aswell as the shuttle service that took us too and from sea world on time. The ability to control the temperature of our room was great too, I will definitely be booking again

Cons:

I only had a few complaints one being there was someone else’s hair on the blanket and towel in our room. Breakfast was great but we felt it could’ve lasted a little longer cause we felt like we couldn’t sleep in. And there is one external door that does not work with the key but other than that great.

Room great noise interrupted sleep sucked
Pros:

We were awakened at 9:00 on a Sunday morning hearing hammering on the floor. We were given no warning that there would be work being done that would wake us.

Cons:

Being woke up Ridley at 9;00 to hammering on the floor in the room above us.

Pros:

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. Todo estuvo excelente: el hotel muy limpio, cómodo, bonito y bien cuidado. El personal fue muy amable y la experiencia en general superó nuestras expectativas. Nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la visita y definitivamente volveríamos. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Pros:

Nice room. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre each day. Didn't look forward to it. Pool was uninviting. There was NO SHADE IN THE POOL. Full sun only This hotel is solely for families wanting to go to the theme parks.. Surprise $20 per day for parking. Did they expect me to walk there? That adds significantly to the overall cost. No comfortable place inside to relax and read.
