I would definitely stay at this location again.
Pros:

The breakfast options were really good. I enjoyed the options. On my first day, the oatmeal was made perfectly.

Cons:

The tables should be cleaned more frequently. On day 2 and 3 of my stay, the oatmeal was soupy.

Pros:

We booked a 24 hours front desk hotel…. When we got there around 11 pm they told us the rooms like the one we booked were on maintenance. They offer us(4) a king room that didn’t work. They had to move us to the hotel next door where the room was smaller than the one we booked. Was late so we took it. The staff was super nice, we know was not their fault. We don’t get why booking got us a room didn’t work.

Thank you guys sooooo much for everything. My daughter birthday was July 11th (doing our stay) we went out to the pool and when we got back they put together a birthday basket for her (she turned 7) they had it in the room when we came back in I CRIED LIKE IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY because the whole day she kept saying “mom if we were not home then how would anyone know it’s my birthday”? So to come up and the BIRTHDAY BASKET was waiting for her WAS THE ICING ON THE STAY!!!!!!! Thank you TO ALL OF SPRINGHILL STAFF YOU GUYS WERE AMAZING❤️ Ps….. we will see you all again same time next year🫶🏾
