Guy was kind of rude when I came in didn’t help much
Pros:

The landscaping the building was nice. The room was nice and clean and the food free breakfast was good.

Cons:

that you couldn’t check in until 4 o’clock I think that’s just crazy

Pros:

Very clean room, friendly staff, ice machine in several floors, as well as easy to use washing machines. The location is about 15min drive from Disney and Universal Parks, it was super practical. We had a leaking from the ac which they fixed very quickly!

Cons:

If I have to criticise something it would be the frozen fruits for breakfast, but it was not a deal breaker either.

Pros:

Housekeeping made it really fun for my son and even left nice little notes saying have a good day!

Cons:

When requesting extra bedding it took forever to get. Took multiple times asking for it.

Would recommend this hotel
Pros:

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have to move our vehicle because the hotel offered a shuttle service to Seaworld and Aquatica. TGI Friday and Buffalo Wild Wings were walking distance from the hotel.
