Notting
Notting and when I got there I had to put 100 dollars deposit I been to many hotels with my husband and this was the first time I had to put deposit and when I went to the room went to the restroom and the toilet didn’t even work I had to go downstairs and tell them to fix it
The view was great and easy access to everything.
The phone in the room didn’t work, remote was missing, the key card had to be reprogrammed 6 x’s while we were there. Room had patched areas in the walls that were crumbling. All but maybe one staff member there was rude and didn’t want to be bothered. Lock on the sliding glass door was broke and they had to wood piece to lay in the track to keep it from being opened.

Location & pool area was nice .
Was not clean . The lobby had major water leaks with buckets . The lamps in the room were rusted out .
We paid 220$for a room and another 156$ and almost all day yesterday could not take a shower could not flush the toilet no running water I feel I should be compensated some of this back

The room smelled very bad of bleach and ammonia. The doors were warped and wouldn't close. The main door had a dead bolt,but wouldn't turn

The shower leaked onto the bath mat outside of the shower. Not a lot of space on the room, but we made do.

Housekeeping acted like police patrol. I asked for extra towels and she would not give us any yet she yelled because we didn't take towels with blue stripe to pool. She would not give us any.
The property was close to the water and clean.
The parking lot is small and the a/c was loud, but it worked great.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and honestly, I would not come back. The breakfast they offer is terrible. The only things available were a coffee machine, some juice, and bread — nothing varied or close to a complete breakfast like they advertise. I expected much more for the price and the way the hotel presents itself online.
The room was also incomplete and poorly maintained. Several basic things were missing, and overall it felt like the hotel was not properly prepared for guests. From the moment we arrived, the experience was uncomfortable and frustrating.
The worst part happened when I called ahead of time to ask if I could use a grill for a barbecue, and nobody told me it was prohibited. Later, when I was already lighting the grill, they suddenly told me it was not allowed, and the situation escalated badly — they even called the police. I found this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful because if they had clearly explained the rules from the beginning, none of this would have happened.
Overall, the customer service was poor, the communication was confusing, and the entire stay became stressful instead of relaxing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-organized vacation experience.
