Been going for 5 years and the maintenance at the hotel has slowly declined

Room was run down, bad smell in room, the mattress on bed completely broken, not the least acceptable!!!! This place needs to be shut down, gutted and rebuilt.

The location was great. The staff did a nice job keeping things clean. A/C worked well.

Cons:

Breakfast was not breakfast. Need to add things to be able to call it breakfast. Having a stove top in the units, then not have pans to cook with is stupid. Wanting to charge to rent them is uncalled for. Parking was an issues Saturday night.

Nice little clean property with a wonderful staff
Pros:

It was a great location very clean everything was great (we had problems with the door) but the nice young lady figured out the problem and made it seem like it wasn’t my fault
I would definitely stay there again

been coming here for 3 years a few times a year. It is the only place we go now
Pros:

I love this place!!! We come a couple of times a year and always stay here. Len in the office is AWESOME!!!! All the staff are actually great!! dog friendly and comfortable!!!

A pretty little boutique hotel on the beach

The room was good for one or two people. Everything looked clean. The beach is just steps away.

The kids had a fantastic time and can’t wait to go back.

The location was great. The room was very clean and the property set up was great.

Cons:

There was a lot of pot smoke at night. Not sure if it was from the Lotus or the neighboring hotel?

The breakfast was coffee, bananas, apples, muffins and yogurt. It was ok but not great.

The pillow was uncomfortable. If we come again, I will bring my own pillow.
