Great spot, friendly staff.
Unlisted pet fee is outrageous $50 PER NIGHT ! Which is basically a 50% surcharge on room cost ! Equal to $15,000 per year ! For a dog w no money ! Amazing audacious act of robbery, won’t go back. Also: Wi-Fi is terrible, not reliable enough to work on-line. Room was dark and depressing w little natural light because window faces blank wall in interior hallway BUT sold as partial view of beach/pool which means open the curtains so pedestrians can look in then stand in far front corner of room or open door and stick head out. Also odd quirks like Closed hot-tub, pool full of sand and ice machine leaking water constantly onto hall floor at base of stairs. Give it a pass.
Room was not ready until 4:30
Quiet has got tub
Fire pit
Close to the ocean!
Not a thing!
The sunrises
Had to shave in the middle of the room, brush teeth in the efficiency (kitchen sink) area, no screen door on the deck to keep bugs out, had to have remote batteries replaced 3 times, room temperature because of location of heat/air unit, not enough covers for cool nights ( had to sleep in a hoodie). Right now I don't know if my card was double charged or charged correctly, the final bill doesn't reflect what booking.com said it would be. Limited parking, a constant fight for parking to not have to park across the street. Never seen a laundry room. No outdoor light on the deck that worked, no lighting or exhaust fan in the efficiency area (just cooked once). Worth $3074? Hell no.
Location to the beach. Location to food and gas stations. Just over all Location.
I cant think of anything
The room furnishings and fixtures were very updated, stylish, and comfortable. Everything was thought of. There was a basket of pool towels and extra bath towels. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was very nice and the view amazing. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. The room was immaculate.
The hallways could use some paint, but it is a challenge with the salt water to keep up with maintenance. The room had a very strong smell of cleaning disinfectant which was too much for me. Perhaps better rinsing. When I mentioned it to the staff, they gave me another room that had less chemical small and more of a light bleach smell which was tolerable. But they were very accommodating.
Location
Bit dated but clean rooms
Location and value
Nothing it was worth it
It was my 9th visit. The weather was chilly, so the hot tub was appreciated.
Checking in was easy, room had a heavily rusted showerhead so they let us go to another. The moment I laid in the bed to unwind, a roach came crawling across the bed. We brought it up to the front desk. They advised the place had been cleaned and suggested a previous person may have brought more bugs. We were not refunded or discounted for that night. The next night the manager told staff we could upgrade our stay at a 40% discount rate for the 2nd night. I chose the 2nd floor because maybe they didn’t infest that high up, but I was wrong. When we returned to the room that night I was laying down and felt something crawl on my arm. I smacked it and jumped straight up (took the attached photo). Brought it to the office’s attention immediately where nothing was done about the situation other than some new pillowcases for the night. Hot tub was nice tho
Nothing!!!
Everything, especially the office clerk.
Great value right on the beach amenities were boutique Art Deco
Location
Upon checking in there was no one at the front desk for 10 to 15 minutes. After getting our first room we had roaches, see attached pictures. We are Florida residents, believe me when I tell you these are not the normal Palmetto or Asian roaches. We received a second room, same issue and mold. In addition, we had a quarter inch gap underneath the door. We went to the front desk and requested a cancellation through booking.com. We were told we received a full refund And that it was taken care of with booking.com. they did not communicate with booking.com. They refunded most of the money and kept $40 for a cleaning fee. We never stayed at their hotel. we booked a different room at a different hotel. Please look elsewhere
