Short. Loud
Pros:

Convenient and accessible

Cons:

The front desk gal was not very welcoming. She was more interested in getting back to her card game she had going on in the lobby with friends. We were put on the second floor and it was VERY clear that a child (or dinosaur) was on the 3rd floor and they had ZERO regard for the quiet hours- And given the interaction we had by the front desk, I doubt that she or anyone would have cared or helped

Pros:

I liked the separate room & my kids loved the pool

Cons:

The breakfast was kind of a hot mess, muffins were burnt, they ran out of bowls & didn't restock them for a while, they were out of other food items that needed restocking, and the floor was INSANELY sticky in one spot. There was also water on the floor and a kid fell in front of me and a staff member, but nothing was done.
At check in, the key card programmer wasn't working - it took over 45 minutes to check in, during which time we were given emergency keys to 4 different rooms, 3 of which didn't work. We were told our stay would be refunded for the issues, but it never was.
