We waren op doorreis en verbleven twee dagen in dit hotel….Het hotel ligt haast naast nashville palace en tegen over opry winkelcentrum…super lokatie heel schoon leuk zwembad voor de kids….zou het zeker weer boeken als ik in nashville kom….

Cons:

Ontbijt is standaard maar dat vind ik in veel amerikaanse hotels. Niks bijzonders….buiten de deur een broodje en een goeie bak koffie pakken is ook prima…

This was the best stay at a hotel that I have had in many years.
Pros:

the staff was amazing, I received daily text how my stay was, did i need anything. They went above and beyond.

The breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

The bathroom vent didn't work.
The indoor swimming pool was cold,approximately 65-68°,way too cold for swimming!
No in room coffee.
No compimentary water in the room.
Sadly I will not stay here again or recommend anyone to stay there. It's a shame because I've stayed other Holiday Inn Expresses across the state and they were definitely more pleasant to have visited.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Loved the location! Close to the Opry Mills Mall and the Grand Ole Opry. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the pool area was very clean, though the water was a little cold at first. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff left cute towel characters in our room before we checked in! Definitely recommend this location! They even had a shuttle that took us downtown for the day and picked us up when we wanted to get back to the hotel, and the charge was pretty cheap compared to parking in downtown.

Pros:

Loved everything. Room was quiet, blinds covered windows perfectly without sun or lights coming through. Room was spotless. And loved the high quality Dove products. Loved the microwave, fairly large refrigerator, and coffee table with everything you need for your morning coffee. And there was so much room to walk around without bumping into each other.

Can't complain about one thing

The best hotel we have stayed in. Will try IHG again.
Pros:

This was by far the cleanest hotel I have stayed in for years. Except for me cleaning the top of the light switches, everything was clean. Food was good. Staff were all very nice.

Cons:

No place to hang towels in the bath room.
