Great location with very helpful and friendly staff makes this hotel a go to value for the area attractions.

Staff is awesome, the hotel need some work.
Pros:

The staff was extra helpful, friendly, quick to answer any requests. It was quiet, except for the loud air conditioning. And it was clean. The food for breakfast was hot and tasted good, with a great variety of choices.

Cons:

The shower we had water flew everywhere there should be a better screen for a shower with a sprayer. The pool area did not look like the pictures. The beds were very uncomfortable.
Overall I believe that with the price we paid, the expectations I belive were higher than what we recieved.

Perfect!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly, informative and fun! It was very clean. Location is great with easy access to downtown and the Opry. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety. Coffee was excellent! A great place to stay! Highly recommend

A great affordable place to stay
Pros:

Very clean, nice staff, rooms were spacious and really liked the layout, beds were comfortable, they allowed us to check in early and check out late, breakfast had a good assortment of choices, texted us and asked if we needed anything more than once, was an excellent experience overall

Good, not great.
Pros:

Pancake machine is lovely, coffee was good! Location was great, parking situation was great. Staff was LOVELY!

Cons:

The shower head was mounted so tall I could hardly reach it, as was the shower curtain. The shower curtain was too short to block much of the water (like, it barely reached the top of the tub, there was very little overhang into the shower. The toilet was mounted so low that it was difficult to stand up. And the wall mounted thermostat was very confusing with the window unit. Also, something to slice the bagels with at breakfast would have been nice.
