Was a wonderful experience. Will book again.
Pros:

Breakfast each morning was delicious, location was close to family and frieends

Cons:

In order to have housekeeping services, they needed to be requested 24 hours in advance. The room and bathroom really need larger trash cans.

The hotel was clean the staff was friendly and overall I had a great time and would return.
Pros:

The location was convenient to gas stations and shopping. I traveled to Columbus to have my retirement planning at SERS in downtown and hike to the local waterfalls. I made a weekend of it to go to the Columbus zoo the following day. This location was a nice fit in between all of that. The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for recommendations of area stores and restaurants. I also like that coffee and tea were available around the clock.

Cons:

I didn't care for the breakfast. I tried the cheese omelets and oatmeal. I settled for a muffin and juice. As a single person I was located next door to a family of children who were quite rowdy throughout the night. Next time I will be proactive and request the way from children.

I was pleasantly surprised to stay here and felt safe and comfortable alone in this new hotel.
Pros:

Excellent hot and cold breakfast with large eating space. Make your own pancakes and plenty of non-dairy options. Handicap accessible room on first floor was roomy and modern (even though I'm not handicapped). No screaming kids or doors slamming outside. Friendly guests and front desk staff.

Cons:

Had to wait a while to get a staffer to check me in late in evening. I did not like the fact that a cleaning man in the morning knocked once and immediately tried to come in without waiting for a reply. If I didn't have the door lock on, he would have seen me in my pj's. Not cool. I complained to the front desk that morning.

It was a good stay. Communication wasn’t great at check in. Paid before I got there and they couldn’t see that and tried

Inconvenient
Cons:

The pool was not heated. It was very cold. We were supposed to have 2 beds and have a handicapped room, we got a king bed and handicapped room. It was odd that when Iasked for a handicapped room they put us as far away from the front door and made us walk a long way. Then we got no breakfast today before we left. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

This Holiday Inn totally met our expectations. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff kept up on replenishing and keeping it spotless. Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay!
Pros:

Great stay! I had a little apprehension because of a couple of bad reviews, but this hotel met all my needs for comfort, cleanliness, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
