the front desk clerk was kind of rude. possible due to bad English. the housekeeping was nice that offset part of the defficiency.

Hotel was ok but the room was a bit old and you could smell smoke everywhere, from the corridor to the bedroom.

Just to get for short not much things being explore at near. But over hotel room is fine.

Good and clean and convenient to train station. Cheap too.

The hotel is located in a commercial building with no dedicated elevators and shares elevators with many other unrelated people. There is no security guard in the lobby and there is no sense of security. Moreover, the equipment is also very old, and other floors are being renovated during the period, which is very noisy. The breakfast is small and the service is very poor.

I booked 2 king size bedrooms for 4 nights when I checked in they told us that no more king size room and they insist us to take the double bed rooms. Besides the staff are rude and no respond when we talk to them

Good hotel

very helpful staff, room was always clean and pleasing to return to after a long day of walking. Liked the fact that we were in a bustling neighborhood. Would have liked more souvenir shops nearby

Hotel is near to seafood restaurant and nice seafood but prices are expensive.

Very good location right on bank of Pearl River and lot of night clubs at a walking distance. And a reasonably descent hotel. But staff attitude has some shortcomings.

Overall, the standard of this hotel is better than our expectation (after reading all the bad reviews).
1. about 8 minutes walk to Tuanyida MTR station and bus terminal
2. good spread of breakfast items
3. Room is clean
4. Toiletries are free (contrary to some reviews)
The main drawback is the persistence smell of light cigarette smoke in the Non-Smoking room throughout our 5 nights stay.

Close to amenities,shopping and restaurant.. But the carpet in the rooms is a little dirty and tired, needs changing. Apert from that over all ok for the price. Food is ok.

Was a good stay except no English tv and the bed is like concrete, all in all a good clean hotel in a good area

Paid low cost and stayed in a Standard Room which was very small but for 2 nights was sufficient. Very positive is the dining room and the buffet breakfast which offers a lot and of good quality!!

Is a quiet place, and convenient location to shopping area and subway station

A bit aged hotel with decent room space and average amenities. Breakfast was ok, staff was polite and they do have river view in some rooms.

Staff was very rude and unhelpful, never even bothered to answer our questions or help us out. On the booking page it also said an extra person for breakfast would cost approx $28 CNY, yet at the front desk the lady said it is $38 CNY and when I showed them the hotels.com booking page they were like "I don't know, not my problem, that's your problem" then proceed to give us a dirty look and walked away.
