Fantastic!
Pros:

We had a lovely 2 night stay here recently. The hotel is very stylish and the hotel staff are very helpful and so polite.
The use of key cards to enter and use in the lift makes the hotel feel very secure. It was very quiet in the rooms at night too! I would stay here again.

Mangelnde Sauberkeit, unmotiviertes Personal gerade an der Rezeption, dafür beim Frühstück sehr nett

Gutes Frühstück (aber auch teuer) mit nettem Personal und bequemes Bett, der Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder

Cons:

Das Zimmer (eine Juniorsuite) ist schon recht in die Jahre gekommen, bzw einfach nicht gut instand gehalten: die Schranktüren schließen nicht richtig, die Toilettentürklinke fällt ab, der Teppich zieht Fäden, eine Glühbirne über den Bett ist kaputt… alles für sich Kleinigkeiten, aber bei den Preis und dem gesammelten Vorkommen für uns nicht in Ordnung. Und noch schlimmer die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Wir haben bei Ankunft nicht Haare und Fußnägel der vorherigen Gäste auf dem Boden gefunden. Als wir an der Rezeption darum gebeten haben, dass am nächsten Tag die bitte etwas gründlicher gearbeitet werden solle, kam nur ein aha und okay. Eine Entschuldigung wäre schon nett gewesen. Die Schubladen sind teils so staubig/dreckig, dass man sie nicht verwenden möchte. Auch der Flur zu unserem Zimmer war grob verdreckt und öfter stand leergut herum.

Stort rom, god seng

Cons:

Ingen knagger på bad til å henge opp håndklær, veldig upraktisk med glassdør inn til dusj og badekar dersom man er flere på rommet.

Belle chambre et sdb (souche à l'italienne et bain).
Belle piscine mais 3 transats ppur toute la clientèle, c'est un peu radin.

Cons:

Personnel pas très souriant. Le comble au restaurant Mme Coco se disant spécialiste de la.gasteonomie française (les serveurs.ne connaissent pas un.mot de français
Plats très chers et de.facture très moyenne.
Par ailleurs, aucune traduction en français, pourtant nous avons croisé de nombreux français.
Emplacement quelconque.
Parking un peu cher 35€.
Conclusion : sejourn agréable,sans plus.
Efficace pour une nuit à Amsterdam.

Very recommended
Pros:

Very comfortable. The breakfast is superb. The only flaw, in my opinion: our bathroom (excluding the toilet, of course) had a completely transparent door, overlooking the room. If I were to return, I'd ask if there was the option of a bathroom with a "real" door.

Top hotel
Pros:

We komen elk jaar met de gaypride traditioneel terug in dit hotel omdat het personeel zo ontzettend entosiast en vriendelijk is. Hotel is gewoon helemaal top en heerlijk zwembad en s avonds heerlijk in de bar op de bovenste etage genoten van een drankje waar altijd een fijne ontspannen sfeer hangt en elke keer weer een goede DJ. Tot volgend jaar
