Pros:

Everyone was really nice and we were Vale to do an early check-in.

Cons:

The cleaning could be better. The pillows on the bed were too hice and difficult to sleep on.

Hulpvaardig en prettig personeel. Goede ligging, vlakbij het Vondelpark. Vooral met de fiets is A'dam centrum snel en makkelijk te bereiken. Schone kamers, goede bedden en prettig sanitair.

Excellent hotel, perfect breakfast
Pros:

Modern, clean and tidy hotel with excellent amenities and easy access to key areas in Amsterdam. Staff were helpful but we didn’t even need anyone as everything was so smooth. The breakfast was excellent, lots of cold and hot options - highly recommend when you’re there. The room was spacious and the beds super comfortable. We were delighted to get to check in early, very kind of the reception staff. The pool area is spacious and was quiet enough to enjoy. Fair warning - the sauna is a naked sauna and us sensitive Irish folk perhaps don’t have the confidence of our Dutch friends!

We ate at the restaurant for lunch when we arrived - delicious and quick service.

Overall, highly recommend.

Pros:

Where do I begin! We visited Amsterdam for the Harry Styles concerts in May. The hotel is absolutely amazing, it stands by its name of fashion. The staff is more than amazing and welcoming, shout out to the girl that checked us in and gave me guidance how to evade traffic after the concert! She also helped us with navigation how to get to the pop up stores. The hotel bed was like sleeping on a cloud, very clean room, spacious enough for two people and luggage, bathroom was stocked with high quality shampoo and shower gel. There is no smoking inside. The building door is locked after 6pm and you can only walk in by scanning your room card which is a nice extra layer of protection. Its near metro stops, tram stops, calm and clean neighbourhood. There are multiple renting bikes at the front.

Cons:

That I couldn’t stay longer there lol

Stay is good but i hope receptionist will not be selective/racist

Cons:

We arrived around 9:30am with a baby. I initially asked them for early check in but the they said they will check. So another caucasian customer came and asked the early check in they offered upgrade to avail the room. My concern is i wish they also offered us if we want to upgrade to avail the room earlier knowing that we have a baby. We have to ask the reception again and after verbalizing that we are going to upgrade thats the only time that she gave us a room. I wonder why she did not ask us initially is it because we are asian? Paying extra is not issue we just wanted to rest plus we have a baby.

Kamer was netjes en schoon. Personeel gastvriendelijk. Ontbijt was goed.

Cons:

We misten wijn/waterglazen in de kamer. Verder was er geen infofolder over de faciliteiten van het hotel in de kamer.
