Сам готель - ок. Хоча в 4* могли б дати для прикладу одноразові тапочки, бо підлога в номері з плитки. Ванна, душ, туалет - дуже чисті. Ліжко зручне, постіль свіжа. Персонал що прибирає дуже ввічливий та сумлінний.

Cons:

Дивна і не завжди приємна комунікація. Одразу після бронювання я зв'язався з готелем щоб уточнити чи дійсно в номері буде ванна. З цього зробили ціле шоу, начебто "зробимо все що в наших силах тільки для вас" Це дивно бронював конкретний номер з конкретними зручностями та за конкретну ціну. Причому десь 3 тижні наперед. Але гаразд, пообіцяли і дійсно зробили.
Другий момент - бронював без передоплати, з опцією оплати в об'єкті. В день коли мав приїхати, готель зняв з моєї карти 50% вартості, про що в правилах бронювання не йшлось. Ну ок, приїхали, кажу - зніміть другу половину. Вони погодились, зняли, а поті захотіли ще верифікаційний платіж на 0,01 EUR. Ау мене карта тільки в телефоні, тобто віртуальна. А їм, увага (!) потрібна тільки фізична карта. Я наполіг на тому щоб готель повернув мені всю суму і тільки тоді оплатив все іншою картою. Весь цей процес реалізовувала на скільки я зрозумів адміністратор готелю, яка спілкувалася в не дуже ввічливому та приємному тоні.

Pros:

Für Amsterdam preislich super, besonders dafür, dass der Wellnessbereich für nur 5€ mehr dabei ist.
Die Zimmer sind super, der Wellnessbereich relativ klein, aber sonst okay.
Mit der Tram ist man in knapp 20 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Cons:

Die großen Straßen in direkter Nähe sind bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut. Aber es gibt eine gute Lüftung im Zimmer, sodass man die Fenster zu lassen kann.

Angenehm, bequeme Betten, Super Frühstück
Cons:

Teil Flursperrung in der 6 Etage. Zugang nur für Gäste aus dem 6 Stock, mit Karte. Eltern müssten erstmal Großeltern telefonisch kontaktieren um in den Flur zu gelangen wo sich Zimmer der Tochter und Großeltern befand.
