Menselijke maat ontbreekt
Cons:

Hoewel het verblijf niet persé slecht was hebben wij de menselijke maat gemist. Vanwege erg vervelende omstandigheden (overleden huisdier) moesten wij namelijk terugkeren naar huis na een nacht, terwijl wij drie nachten hadden geboekt. Er zou gekeken worden of wij nog iets van de annulering terug konden krijgen. Het hotel wilde dit wel, maar moest ons hiervoor doorverwijzen naar booking.com. Deze verwezen ons vervolgens weer naar het hotel. Dit geeft het gevoel van het kastje naar de muur te worden gestuurd. Uiteindelijk werd er na meerdere dagen navragen medegedeeld dat we niks terug kregen. Heel jammer, dit had het verschil kunnen maken.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good and a wide variety to choose from.
Restaurant was good although limited dining options.

Cons:

No welcome pack in the room offering any indication of facilities, costs or even wiFi connection options.

Nice hotel ruined by incompetent management
Pros:

Spacious room, clean.

Cons:

The management has paranoia with payment, I have booked my room with option of paying at the property as booking has given me, to find you out that the hotel is trying to charge me for the first night!! So I said ok maybe they cannot understand English when booking given me the option to pay when im at the property so ive given them my credit card info to take the deposit, but then when I returned to the room from outside on my second night of stay (stayed for 3 nights) I found out that someone from the staff has purged while im outside leaving me a note that i need to pay my full stay while im on my second night and they already withdrawn the cost of the first night from my credit card!!!! The ridiculous issue is that the note didnt state the remaining money that I should pay because they already have withdrawn the cost of the first night, noooooo sir on the note they wanted me to pay the full 3 nights even i paid the first night!!!!.

Inconvenient toiletries.

Awesome hotel
Pros:

Room came with bath and shower separately, which was awesome. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choises. Fresh orange juice is a big bonus.

Breakfast choice was fabulous and well organised.

Cons:

Couldn’t get the coffee machine to work in our room and instructions didn’t help. We didn’t like the clear glass door to the bathroom. Bathrooms with a WC should be private!

Séjour au top ! Excellent hôtel !
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Il est proche des transports en commun. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse. Salle de bain au top ! Douche, baignoire et lavabo. Le wc est situé juste à côté de la salle de bain. C'est un plus ! Vaste choix pour le déjeuner. Nous reviendrons !
