Çok sıcak ve havasız oda camın açık olmasına rağmen sıcaktan durulmuyor odada
根本沒有住宿， 現場說會退錢，申請取消但是沒接受退錢， 請協助與幫忙。
事件說明：
我在貴平台預訂了住宿，但實際到達現場後，發現根本沒有任何住宿安排。現場人員表示會退錢，並請我申請取消訂單。
我依照指示申請取消，但申請卻未被接受，至今也沒有收到退款。
訴求：
請協助儘速處理此事，並退還我全額款項。

Зручне розташування. Готель розташований на досить великій вулиці, де є чимало магазинчиків і кафе — можна знайти все необхідне.
До моєї кімнати треба було йти від ліфта. Проте лампи, які мали вмикатися автоматично під час руху людини, не працювали. Тому доводилося постійно ходити в темряві. На нашому поверсі триває ремонт. По всьому коридору розкидане будівельне сміття. І ось, йдеш у темряві, тримаєшся руками за стіни, а під ногами — будівельне сміття...
У номері був стійкий запах сигаретного диму. Навіть попільничка стояла на столі. Я не знала, що це номер для курців. Я не курю, тому для мене це було особливо неприємно.
У готелі немає праски. Щоб виглядати пристойно, мені довелося спочатку намочити брюки, а потім сушити їх під феном, розтягуючи руками.
У номері не було ані чашки, ані настільної лампи. Напевно, вважається, що попільнички досить.
Сантехніка — стара й виглядає неестетично.
Між кімнатою та туалетом — досить велика сходинка. Я постійно за неї зачіпалася.

I get a room without a window. That was not mentioned in the booking. I had a breakfast too, but in reality was no breakfast, hotel, actually this ruin was in renovation, no one mentioned that. I asked to cancel my booking, I have sent request via booking and the reception said that he can’t cancel. Needs to do manager, and manager is not here.

Unfortunately, I booked the room online due to this and all the photos on the site were fake and the hotel rooms did not look like the pictures on the site at all. Compared to the price I paid, the hotel was very, very dirty, with no hot water, no heating, and no sanitary facilities in the bathroom or toilet. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low. The telephone, TV, and kettles did not work in any of the rooms. There was no tea or water in the rooms. Due to renovation and repairs, all the rooms smelled of paint and cigarettes. The hotel management was very, very poor and I spent a very difficult night in this hotel and got sick from the extreme cold and lack of amenities. And I am not at all satisfied with my stay in this environment. It is really unfortunate that you do not receive any facilities for the money you pay. I was not satisfied with my stay at Ebro Hotel at all, but the hotel management did not agree to refund my money and I was not able to change my accommodation that night. Therefore, since I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
