Categories

Cleanliness
8.3
Mostly praised as very clean across multiple reviews (rooms, towels, housekeeping), though a few guests reported dirty rooms, stains and an isolated hazard (fishhook), so overall positive but slightly tempered.
Service
8.1
Staff generally described as friendly, professional and helpful in many reviews; however at least one report of rude, unhelpful staff lowers the score modestly.
Location
8.9
Frequently noted as well located and convenient (several reviewers explicitly praise the location), making this a clear strength.
Room Quality
7.9
Rooms reported as spacious and comfortable with good beds and amenities (fridge, microwave), but isolated issues (stains on floor, bad shower, noise from above) reduce the score.
Amenities
9
Strong amenities mentioned repeatedly: 24-hour coffee, pool, fridge, microwave and ample parking; guests frequently highlighted these positives.
Value for Money
8.6
Several guests explicitly note excellent value and recommend the hotel; one strongly negative outlier exists but overall perception is favorable.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast is often described as excellent, varied and enjoyable; a minority comment about cardboard/styrofoam packaging slightly tempers the rating.
Overall Experience
8.6
Majority of stays are described as fantastic, very happy or fabulous, citing cleanliness, comfort and location; a few negative incidents lead to a modestly above-target overall score.
