Ceny w restauracji, za wysoki próg dostępu do wanny/prysznica. Brak przesłania wygenerowanej faktury pomimo potwierdzenia przez personel na miejscu i na czacie bookingu. Czekam juz 3 dni

Bardzo ładny pokój z widokiem na Wawel

Cons:

Śniadania bardzo ubogie. Dodatkowo każdego dnia bardzo podobne menu. Po takiej klasie hotelu można jednak spodziewać się czegoś więcej

Pros:

Personal amabil, locatia buna, aproape de Centrul de Congrese si de Centrul vechi. Micul dejun a fost OK.

Cons:

Este primul hotel la care am platit mai mult (cu cca 60 EUR) decat a fost rezervarea. Fereastra camerei nu se putea deschide, deci nu am avut aer proaspat in camera. Camera (destul de modesta) nu avea dotarile unui hotel de 4 stele: nu aveam papuci, minibarul era gol, nu aveam niciuna dintre accesoriile care echipeaza o camera de 4 stele (cu exceptia uscatorului de par). In 4 zile, nu s-a facut curatenie, nu s-au golit cosurile. Ei spun ca protejeaza mediul, eu spun ca se face economie, pe banii clientilor. Aerul conditionat (destul de galagios) nu se putea regla.
