Останавливался в отеле Park Inn by Radisson Kraków остались в целом очень приятные впечатления.
Персонал -очень вежливый, отзывчивый и профессиональный. Всегда готовы помочь, всё объясняют спокойно и доброжелательно, приехали на полтора часа раньше заселили, при этом не взяв оплату, что несомненно радует и понимают клиента идут к нему на встречу. Чувствуется хороший уровень сервиса.
Чистота -на высоком уровне. В номере было аккуратно, всё убрано, постель свежая, никаких нареканий. В ванной комнате более чем достаточно полотенец.
Комфорт - проживание было удобным. Номер уютный, всё необходимое есть, хорошая шумоизоляция, можно нормально отдохнуть после дороги или насыщенного дня. И вновь ванная комната, было не только банально в наличии шампунь и мыло но так же приятно было видеть кондиционер, так же для отелей такого уровня имеетсяв стандарте гладильная доска с утюгом. Можно ещё отметить был в номере большой выбор чая, и довольное количество кофе.
Соотношение цена/качество -считаю вполне оправданным. За свои деньги отель предлагает достойный уровень, без неприятных сюрпризов.
Месторасположение удобное. Отель находится относительно недалеко от стадиона, что для меня было важно, так как приезжал на футбол. Единственное -жаль, что Шахтёр ⚒️ тогда не выиграл. До центра города тоже не слишком далеко, можно быстро добраться,прогуляться, культурно провести время.
В целом - хороший вариант для поездки в Краков, особенно если важна доступность к стадиону и комфортное проживание.
Единственный момент это парковка при отеле платная. Было бы приятнее, если бы для гостей она входила в стоимость проживания.😉🙏

Lokalizacja dla mnie byla bardzo ważna.
Prysznic ktory byl w wannie. Wanna byla bardzo wąska i biorac w niej prysznic bylo ... troche ekstremalne. Bardzo ślisko i to tyle albo az tyle... ŁAZIENKA nie byla aż tak mała zeby wanna byla szersza lub mozna zastosowac maty antypoślizgowe. Reszta ok
The hotel was located right next to the tram station and rooms were spacious. The hotel also had wellness facilities.
Daily housekeeping was done only on request
Hotelul este bine pozitionat,aproape de centru...curat si linistit ! Mic dejun f bun,consistent ....cu un aparat de facut gofre personal...buna idee!
Un pic mai mult zambet in randul personalului! Amabili dar putin tristi ....
