Pros:

Wygodne i duże łóżko, plus to żelazko w pokoju i duży prysznic

Cons:

Nie do końca adekwatna cena względem jakości, parking dodatkowo płatny prawie 100zł/doba. Nasz pokój miał widok na okna w budynku na przeciwko, drzwi do łazienki były pęknięte.

Geräumiges Hotel und gute Garage in sehr angenehmer Lage.

Cons:

Doskonała lokalizacja, przemiły i pomocny personel, czystość pokoju bez zarzutów, łazienka podobnie. Godny polecenia z drobnymi niedociągnięciami.

Cons:

Jedyny zarzut to jedzenie. Spodziewałem się w hotelu czterogwiazdkowym smacznego jedzenia. Zamówiłem kaczkę a żona pierś z kurczaka. Nie powiem podane było ładnie, niestety udko kaczki było suche jak wiór a pierś z kurczaka też nie była soczysta. Jeżeli chodzi o dodatki do kaczki to tutaj było super, puree z buraka i mini kopytka przepyszne. Ziemniaki do piersi też ok. (ciężko sepsuć). Tylko to mięso 😢. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, duży wybór wszystkiego i tylko ta jajecznica. Smakowała jakby była z proszku. Reszta petarda. Ogólnie ok ale kilka rzeczy do poprawy.

A hotel I would happily return to, especially for its convenient location and spacious rooms
Pros:

The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, although the wardrobe was a little too small. The location was very convenient: away from the main attractions but within walking distance of all of them, making it easy to get around on foot. Breakfast offered enough variety to cater to all tastes, and everything was very well presented.

Cons:

Two things.

First, while I fully respect the sustainability policies that hotels have in place nowadays, I specifically asked at reception for my room to be cleaned daily. The manager in the lobby very kindly and efficiently entered my request into the system. However, the following day, my room was not cleaned—probably because the housekeeping staff missed the request—and I had to tidy it myself. It was cleaned as requested the day after that, and everything was fine.

Second, this may be a cultural difference, as I have experienced the same thing in other hotels. I fully appreciate attentive customer service and efficiency, but the breakfast staff should at least wait until a guest has finished before clearing things away. My orange juice was taken away while the glass was still half full, and my seat was taken by another guest when I had simply gone to get some more food. I completely understand the good intentions, but sometimes this eagerness to be efficient can go a little too far and make guests feel uncomfortable.
