Impossível alguém idoso ou pessoas com necessidades especiais entrar numa banheira, que foi o caso do nosso grupo. Pedimos uma solução e não nos deram. Então pedi um branquinho e nos deram, mas foi muito difícil e preocupante para minha mãe de 86 anos tomar banho. Outro coisa que fiquei insatisfeito foi que me fez uma janela de frente. Me senti sufocado dentro do quarto, mas isso não tem o que fazer. A cama confortável mas fazia muito barulho ao se mexer e parecia que ia desmontar. Deveriam prestar atenção na idade dos hóspedes, principalmente porque eu perguntei sobre acessibilidade.

Удобное местоположение. Чисто . Приветливый персонал. Хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Шум с улицы и с соседних номеров.
Отсутствие мест для хранения- шкаф
Двери в номере были повреждений
Мало освещения в номере.
Мало розеток.
Стол с кофемашиной маленький так что кофемашина на треть на весу.
Заказали букет цветов в день свадьбы как сюрприз невесты за 35 евро получили маленький букет с цветами где половина из них не были свежами так что на следующе утро половина цветов "умерло" то есть цветы были уже не много гнилые для такой цены.

Exceptional location, confortable hotel with great stuff.

At first, the location is exceptional all city transportation, metro, tram, bus... It's abot 10 meters from smal shopping center with restorans arround. Practicly you can buy anithig you need, from med stuff to grocery.

During check-in, the receptionist was explaining something to us regarding the room, which we understood might have been an upgrade or downgrade. However, while she was speaking to us in English, her colleague interrupted the conversation and they continued speaking in a language we did not understand. This was quite confusing and made the check-in experience feel uncomfortable and unprofessional.

When we entered the room, we immediately noticed that the bathrobe was missing. We also found that one of the towels was torn, which was particularly disappointing because it was clearly visible as soon as we entered the bathroom.

These may seem like small details, but they are important when staying at a hotel, especially when you expect a certain standard. We believe the room should have been properly checked and prepared before our arrival, and communication during check-in should have been clearer and more respectful.

מיקום מושלם, מול מרכז מסחרי שיש בו את כל מה שצריך, עוברים רחוב וכבר נמצאים בלב העניינים.
מסעדות טובות סמוכות למלון ועובדי קבלה מקסימים שתמיד סבלניים ומסייעים עם המלצות.
חדרים מרווחים, נקיים מאוד, נוחים לשהייה.

האמבטיה פשוט גבוהה מידי, צריך שיווי משקל סביר או להיאחז בצד כדי להיכנס אליה בבטחה.
ארוחות הבוקר לא ממש מגוונות ומרגיש שמכוונות יותר לקהל האירופאי.

Me and my daughter enhoyed every moment of staying at the property
Pros:

Very quiet, comfortable, clean room with all the facilities that were needed. The room on the picture was looked like a small one, but in fact hase perfect size for a couple of travelers. Very rich breakfast.

Cons:

The prperty have elevator, but there still some rooms that you have to up there by stairs. Can be difficult for some guest with large lugage and old peoples.
