Not the most parking options
Great staff
Clean, organized, well located, wonderful American-style breakfast, clean rooms and comfortable beds, laundry available on the floor with soap and softener.
The only thing I didn't like was that they only cleaned the room every two days. There's nowhere to put bath towels to dry, so they need new ones the next day, and I had to ask for them every time.
The room was adequate
No coffee shop on site, the elevator was closed on the third floor when we left
I don’t like when the lawn care decided to get mud splashed all over the side of my vehicle and all the staff said was oh we are sorry that happened and did nothing to make it better. Then I let the staff know that the sink in my room would not drain and again they did nothing.
It's Ok I like the outmeal and raisins. Also, the scrambled egg went well with salsa and spinach.
No changes made for 4 days. The wife preferred if hard boiled eggs on some days. She skipped breakfast on day 4.

Elevator was not working and pool closed too early
The location was perfect as we were just going to SeaWorld. The staff was very friendly.

Clean and comfortable

The air conditioner. consistently stops and starts. When it shuts off, the room gets hot and vice versa. We tried setting the air conditioning "on" to avoid this situation; however, it did not work. Very hard to sleep with the repeated and consistent on-and-off noise and temperature fluctuations of the air conditioner.
