I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the level of hospitality I experienced during my visit on March 19 2025 in the evening particularly at the reception.i was attended along with my husband by a African American Lady. She was racist . As soon as I arrived and was introducing myself she interrupted and asked for I D did not let me finish and then interrogation as to why we came to Orlando, for reference I stayed at 335 room no.
From the moment I arrived, the behavior and attitude of the reception staff were far from welcoming or professional. I encountered a lack of basic courtesy, delayed assistance, and an overall indifferent approach toward addressing my concerns. As a guest, I expected a warm and respectful interaction, but unfortunately, the experience was quite the opposite.
Such treatment not only caused inconvenience but also left a negative impression of your establishment. Hospitality is a key aspect of the hotel industry, and this experience did not meet even basic expectations.
I kindly request that you look into this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure better training and conduct of your front desk staff so that future guests do not face similar issues.
I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you intend to take.

Was perfect located and the pool was very nice for my little ones.
The breakfast didn’t have many option was very limited. Not bad but not very much options to choose.
