No pudimos ingresar la recepcionista sacó una liga de valores incrementados desbordada y aprovechando que llegamos a las 2 am no quería cobrar un día que no se usó y el parqueo, se requería asistencia médica y pido dinero extra para dejar ingresar al servicio médico. Terrible actitud

Bien servicio de personal. Todo muy limpio y me sorprendió que la habitación era más grande de lo que se podía ver en las fotos. Buena oferta gastronómica alrededor y con fácil acceso.

More friendly people to attend the gess
Pros:

The hotel is more or less, the people is not friendly to attend de guess, the cost say a value and when we go to pay they said that the taxes is not included in the final price, in Colombia must of the prices has included the 19% of taxes, for me this was very strange. To park the car is very difficult because the front desk gay is the same to open the parking door. In general the hotel is not a good place to stay as we hope

Sin duda seguiré eligiéndolos
Pros:

La atención y las instalaciones, muy bien ubicado, la zona es muy segura, frente a un CAI y a un buen centro comercial, muy cerca del estadio y el Movistar.
Me he hospedado aquí muchas veces y tengo otras futuras reservas, nunca falla!
