Will not stay there again, you can’t walk to anywhere
Pros:

The reception staff was very helpful

Cons:

They only provide water on the first day and after that you had to buy
Fo not replenish, sugar, sweetener or the spoon .
No milk provided.
Only two tea bags - fruity flavour
No normal tea bags
We had to ask for coffee sachets
Toilet roll holder broken and we had to leave the the roll on the shelf
We had dinner and mine was very good- shrimp risotto but my husband pork stake was cold and the chips wasn’t cooked.

La vue est belle, mais aucun accès pour descendre à la plage à pieds, on est obligé de prendre la voiture et c'est compliqué pour trouver une place et en plus c'est payant...

La situation de l'hôtel qui se trouve dans une hauteur, aucun chemin pour descendre à la plage, obligé de prendre la voiture...
Le restaurant mets la musique et reçoit du monde de l'extérieur jusqu'à très tard, le problème c'est que le restaurant se trouve au 4ème étage et les chambres juste en dessous, donc impossible de se reposer..
Quand on était là il y'a eu également un mariage donc beaucoup d'inviter, la sono à fond beaucoup de bruit car le restaurant est au dessus des chambres..
Un groupe à fait la fête jusqu'a 4H30 du matin et l'hôtel n'a rien fait pour mettre un peu d'ordre..
Cet hôtel est juste pour les groupes, les mariages qui veulent faire la fête jusqu'à 4H30 du matin, pas pour les vacanciers qui veulent se reposer et visiter Nazaré...
Mon mari a signalé une fuite au WC, mais personne n'est venu réparer...
Aucun entretien à la piscine, le mosaïque décollé, la douche qui fuit dans le couloir, l'urinoir bouché...

Vista espetacular
Pros:

Hotel com uma localização fantástica. Boas comodidades para que visita a Nazaré. Situado relativamente próximo de tudo. Staff simpático, prestável e acolhedor. Vista espetacular dos quartos frente mar para o Porto de Abrigo, baía e vila. Piscina climatizada pequena mas funcional.

Camas. O colchão era tão mau que optei por dormir no sofá cama. Um 4* não pode ter um colchão velho de molas e duro.
