Bardzo przyjemny hotel z pięknymi wnętrzami, świetnym basenem i wyjątkowo gościnnym personelem – od recepcji po obsługę

Bardzo przyjemny hotel z wyjątkowo ciepłą i przyjazną atmosferą. To miejsce, w którym naprawdę można odpocząć i poczuć się zaopiekowanym. Gościnność całego personelu była na najwyższym poziomie od recepcji, przez barmana i barmankę, ratowniczkę, aż po panie sprzątające. Wszyscy byli niezwykle uprzejmi, uśmiechnięci i pomocni, co niestety nie zdarza się już tak często.
Basen jest świetny, a wnętrza hotelu są piękne i bardzo zadbane. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują również pięknie pachnące kosmetyki w pokojach – żele pod prysznic i kremy do ciała były naprawdę wysokiej jakości.
Śniadania nie były najmocniejszą stroną hotelu, jednak ogromnym plusem było to, że w dniu naszego wyjazdu, gdy wymeldowywaliśmy się już o 6:00 rano, personel sam zaproponował śniadanie na wynos. Czekało ono na nas przygotowane na recepcji, co było bardzo miłym i profesjonalnym gestem.
Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

A great stay.
Pros:

The hotel is spotlessly clean and all staff are extremely helpful and nice. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel has a lovely pool and the pool area is cleaned daily.
There is plenty of choice for breakfast. If anyone complains, they must be very fussy.
The fitness room has everything needed for a quick workout.

Cons:

The pool area loses sun in late afternoon but it's a very minor issue compared with all the plus points.
