Pros:

I liked the fact that thr hotel solved a problem with a malfunctioning air conditioning sensor. In general staff, including the manager were very helpful.

Cons:

Exceptionally one member of staff was unhelpful and unsympathetic when we drew attenrion to a problem. While happily resolved by colleagues, we did not appreciate her attempt to blame us for the problem.

War trotzdem schön

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe am Zentrum. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und an der Bar. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das zweite Heißgetränke (Kaffee oder Tee) wäre beim Frühstück kostenpflichtig gewesen. Ansonsten war das Frühstück gut.
Im Bad haben Handtuchhalten für die normalen Handtücher gefehlt, für die Duschhandtücher waren Halten vorgesehen.
etwas zu wenig Ablagefläche im Bad.

J étais reservé cet hôtel pour la piscine à notre arrivée en Sardaigne donc déception.

Le personnel a été très serviable

Cons:

Le fait que la piscine ne fonctionne pas. C était il y a plus d une semaine.
le fait que l une des salarié nous mente en nous disant qu elle était en panne depuis la veille alors que visiblement elle n avait pas été mise en fonctionnement depuis longtemps.
