Pros:

Lage naja wie Dresdner Neustadt( die Alte) bisschen Kiffergeruch und Andere seltsame Gerüche aber freundliches hilfsbereites Personal .Frühstück geht so.Parksituation schlecht,muß unbedingt vorher gebucht werden.

Stay a little outside city centre
Pros:

Friendly staff, good bed (size, quality), quiet room with good sound proof windows (and even with air condition on), water heater, some tea and coffee bags, and a fridge are a big bonus.

Cons:

The area is not really inviting, hardly alternative restaurants nearby, but guess good location for people attending a fair, or with dirct public link (tram) to City centre and fine to stay there for a night or maybe two.

Ampia terrazza (in comune) da cui si gode un bel panorama.

Cons:

L’operatrice alla reception ha reagito in modo scortese quando ho chiesto chiarimenti sul costo del parcheggio e della tassa di soggiorno che ho dovuto pagare anche se già compresa nel prezzo.

aufgrund der Garagenabfahrt werde ich das Hotel nicht mehr buchen
Pros:

Zimmer ( Bett und Bad) waren in Ordnung
Kleine Räume mit dunklen Kästen zu verbauen it schrecklich -- Architekt gehört "geschlagen"

Cons:

Abfahrt in die Garage -- die ist gefährlich -- werde meine Reifen anschauen und einen Brief an die
Baupolizei senden -- denn ohne auf den sehr hohen Randstein anzufahren - Gefahr Felgen - für tiefer gelegte auto

The room looks ok and the breakfast is decent.

Cons:

The room smells and it was not very clean. The fridge had stains inside, the desk dust and the chair was dirty.
