Die Lage ist super!

Cons:

Insgesamt leider enttäuschend. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, wodurch es unangenehm heiss war. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war aufgrund des starken Strassenlärms wiederum kaum an Schlaf zu denken.

Auch die Parksituation war ärgerlich. Laut Booking.com stehen private Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft für 15 € pro Tag zur Verfügung. Bei unserer Ankunft war jedoch kein Parkplatz mehr frei, sodass wir auf ein rund 300 Meter entferntes Parkhaus ausweichen mussten und dort 39 € bezahlten. Zumindest sollte bei der darauf hingewiesen werden, welche Alternative es gibt und mit welchen zusätzlichen Kosten zu rechnen ist, wenn die Hotelparkplätze belegt sind.

Besonders ärgerlich war die Umbuchung: Die beiden Zimmer waren versehentlich nur für jeweils eine Person gebucht. Für die Änderung auf zwei Personen wurden mir zunächst 17 € Mehrkosten genannt, schlussendlich waren es für beide Zimmer rund 50 € zusätzlich. Im Nachhinein wäre es deutlich günstiger gewesen, die Zimmer zu stornieren und über Booking.com einfach neu für zwei Personen zu buchen. Dass hier keinerlei Kulanz möglich war und die Änderung sogar teurer war als eine komplette Neubuchung, ist für mich schwer nachvollziehbar.

Auch an der Bar gab es leider eine negative Erfahrung: Das gezapfte Bier war für uns praktisch ungeniessbar. Woran es lag, können wir natürlich nicht beurteilen, allerdings waren wir nicht die Einzigen, die dies an der Bar angemerkt haben.

Insgesamt stimmen für mich Service und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unter diesen Umständen leider nicht. Schade, denn mit etwas mehr Transparenz und Entgegenkommen hätte sich einiges vermeiden lassen.

Perfetto
Pros:

Colazione ottima, camera pulita e spaziosa, a 5 minuti dalla fermata del tram. Abbiamo fatto check in alle ore 22 senza problemi essendo la reception aperta 24 su 24 ore. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Pros:

Frühstück: Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Büffet übertraf unsere Erwartungen
Lage: Das Hotel liegt sehr nah bei der Messearena - wir haben ein Konzert besucht
