Dog value for money, comfortable.
Pros:

Good value for money, definitely enjoyed the wardrobe. Breakfast has nice variety. Very friendly staff!

Cons:

I understand that many hotels are not providing daily cleaning. No problem for us to have few days with the same towels, but the garbage was the problem. I wish they at least took out the garbage at least every second day. I was with the kid, area is quite remote with limited places to eat, thus our garbage filled up fast.

Das Hotel entsprach unserer Vorstellung, wir waren anlässlich eines Konzerts im Messegelände in Graz, deshalb die Auswahl des Hotels.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer als auch der Schlafkomfort waren sehr gut

Ausgezeichnete Lage mit gut ausgestattetem Zimmer und ganz schlechte Zahlungsmentalität
Pros:

Das Zimmer hat eine angenehme Regalvielfalt zur Verfügung, wo Kleidung entweder auf Kleiderbügel gehängt oder in vielfache Regalfächer gepackt werden kann.
Die Lage ist perfekt mit mehreren Straßenbahnen in Richtung "Altstadtbim" in direkter Nähe!
Auf der Panorama-Etage gibt es einen hervorragenden Blick auf den Schlossberg und die Stadt. Deshalb immer den Vorhang zuziehen, damit Neugierige draußen bleiben 😉.
Abends kann im Hotel ein Drink an der gutbestückten Bar eingenommen werden.
Die Option, das Zimmer nur reinigen zu lassen, wenn Bedarf besteht, ist ausgezeichnet! Dadurch kann eine Menge sinnloser Arbeit, Wasser und Reinigungsmittel gespart werden! Dadurch erspart man sich das Aushängen von "Bitte nicht stören" 😉.

Cons:

Wichtiger Nachtrag: Das Hotel ist seit Wochen nicht in der Lage, eine ausstehende Rechnung zu begleichen! Auch auf Nachfrage kommt nur ein "Wir melden uns zeitnah", aber sie machen überhaupt nichts.

Im Zimmer war leider eine Badewanne verbaut. Ich habe keine Angaben bei der Buchung gemacht (sollte ich zukünftig), dass ich keine Badewanne wünsche.
Ein- und Ausstieg von Badewannen sehe ich als extrem unbequem an (an der Ausstiegsstelle wird auch noch der Duschrand doppelt so breit), vor allem hat Duschen in exakt dieser Badewanne den Nachteil, dass nur nach akribischem Aufpassen nicht anschließend das halbe Bad total nass ist.
Leider ist das Bad stellenweise renovierungsbedürftig (Silikonfugen werden nicht besser, wenn man sie einfach mit einer neuen Schicht zukleistert).
Ein Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken wäre nett, so muss entweder das Handtuch vor einem schnellen Händewaschen von der Heizung an der Badewanne genommen werden (am fernen Ende des Bads) oder mit feuchten Händen ein Sprint durchs Bad erfolgen. Geht prinzipiell schon besser.
Das Standard-Einzelzimmer war mit einem großen Doppelbett ausgestattet, das auch noch doppelt mit Decken und Kopfkissen versorgt war. Das hat bedeutet, dass das zweite Set vollkommen sinnlos gewaschen wurde am Ende ....
Das Frühstück ist ziemlich hochpreisig angesetzt.
