Mostly okay
Pros:

Was a pretty standard place, good to have an apartment with separate rooms. Very clean and easy checkin etc. good safety on the balcony for our four year old. Great view

Cons:

Nowhere near enough plugs, aircon unit puts hot air directly on the balcony. Limited kitchen things ( mostly okay though).no air con in one of the rooms.

Pros:

Comfy and handy to Auckland Central

Cons:

Room service rubbish ,plates, guest rubbish ,outside my immediate room,
On a daily basis.
Reception kindly moved me to a room far away!!

Staff great, accommodation not so great
Pros:

Staff were so nice and friendly. Views from room were amazing. Location perfect for going to concert at Spark Arena.
Struggled to get air con working but staff prompted came and assisted us.

Cons:

Accommodation is very tired and worn particularly in the bathroom we had. Minimal water pressure from shower rose. Literally just a dribble but only discovered this at 7am in the morning so not much we could do plus we were told on check that the property was full. Not great for 2 adult and 3 large teens. Definitely not worth the $360 I paid for this!!
The ceiling light in one of the bedrooms did not work and we could hear the guests above walking around until the small hours :(

Pros:

Spectacular view. Good size apartment. A little bit of a walk to the CBD but we did it - just the hill to walk up on return. Good value for money. Plenty of onsite car parks.

Cons:

The Bathroom and kitchen are dated but were spotlessly clean so not really a problem.

Very comfortable place to stay for one night in Auckland.
Pros:

The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Great nights sleep!

Cons:

We couldn’t get a park close to our unit. It didn’t bother us, but could be a problem for anyone with mobility issues.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean.Well located.

Cons:

Breakfast was terrible. Seemed as if it was cooked hours ago.Everything was cold.The bacon was so tough.
Would recommend not having breakfast there.
