Pros:

Liked we could come and go at all times of the day/night. Our kids are very loud but never had a complaint or asked to be quiet which means we were put in the right spot for a family with 2 babies.

Cons:

No issues at all.

Great solid Auckland choice.
Pros:

Stay here frequently - no frills, uncomplicated and entirely clean and tidy. It's not 5 stars, it's not brand new, but it's always a good reliable choice. Free parking is always a bonus as well.

Cons:

It's fine - possibly a little dated but it's always clean and tidy.

Loved it and have rebooked for another week here.
Pros:

I was in Room 510 and loved the veiw, room was great everything I needed, great bathroom with lots of room. The location was close to my work and great for my early morning walks. Great restaurant on site.

Pros:

This site has one of the best quality in house restaurants i have come across, excellent service and food. Menu could do with a few more options, but what there is of outstanding quality. An absolute reason to stay.

Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay. Dinning room food is excellent and good value.

Cons:

After making the booking I received a confirmation email which advised there would be renovation noise during the day between 09.30 and 5pm. It was no concern to me as I was out all day, so never heard any noise. Depending if you need daytime sleep, you may need to enquire further how disruptive this noise may be.
