Such great value for money - highly recommend.
Pros:

Free parking in AKL central, very hard to find.
The staff are very helpful & friendly.
The views from the balcony, that was a lovely surprise.
Comfy bed, very easy to connect and use smart TV, wifi was good connection.
The bathroom, the shower - great pressure & liked that it had a rain shower head too.
Room was clean. We only stayed one night.
I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. We were on the 5th floor so the views were great!

Cons:

The only cons (very minor) but would make the stay perfect.
Maybe some water bottles or a jug of cold water left in the fridge in the studio rooms with no kitchenette, and some cutlery for when ppl want to order food to the room.

Bad customer experience
Pros:

Good location, easy access to the city centre

Cons:

The service desk staff are very cold faced, unfriendly. We were allocated to a room at the ground floor because it has damping smells, we requested to change the room to upstairs, they keep saying the hotel is fully booked but I can find same room type availability by searching internet. The staff has been ignoring my request during my 11 days stay.

Excellent location, private, quiet, roomy and good value for money.
Pros:

Clean, roomy bathroom with good natural light and a good shower. Opening windows a bonus and all amenities provided, ironing board, hairdryers etc. Parking right outside and quiet, private location.

Cons:

The rooms were a little tired and bland but clean.

Cons:

住了四天，但都没有给房间搞卫生服务，即使通知前台要求服务，但仍没有进行搞卫生，因此只好自己动手做了。
