Pros:

staff was very friendly. pool and hot tub were very nice. room was comfy. decent location with 15-20 min drive for tourist attractions. i would stay again!

DIRTY ROOM: TV and top of fridge dusty. Dirty coffee mug left on shelf from previous guest! Previous guest belongings inside a Michael's bag found inside kitchen drawer. Previous guest Gatorade bottle found inside fridge. Fridge, dishwasher & table not cleaned well. Freezer for needs to be replaced: scratched and has a dent= very tacky/lack of care to make Room look presentable. Broken can opener & after requesting a new one from front desk.. it took over 1 hour to get.

Friendly staff and clean
Pros:

Very comfortable and warm atmosphere
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of items to eat. The whirlpool was comfortable and warm. Ample parking and hotel location was close to everything!

Will never book this property again.
Pros:

Nice conference room.
Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons:

Front desk did not honor my booking rate of $490.11 and was trying to charge me $699.
Only charged one night on my card first and then ran the other night with extra charges right after and my bank flagged it as a suspicious where they wouldn’t do it all in one as my booking confirmation had.
They are now still trying to get me to pay a balance forward and I refuse to pay a total of $699 when I locked in a confirmation of $490.11.
I’m also a member and she did not input that stay or add anything to my account.

Sheet has blood on it.
Run was not clean and had hair on the side.
Counters were sticky.

Not without complaints, but would give another try
Pros:

The breakfast was fine, very normal hotel breakfast: cereal, eggs, oatmeal, bagels, sausage, etc.

Cons:

Our A/C in our room had issues on the second night there. It wasn’t unbearable for me, but my husband likes a cool 68° room and 75° was unacceptable. The maintenance staff tried their best, but couldn’t fix the sensor in the room. We couldn’t change room due to them being at capacity.

Awesome hotel!
Pros:

This hotel was so nice, clean and we loved the fire pit. I highly recommend this hotel. Very nice and even has a golf putting site. Our room was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Cons:

I loved everything about this hotel. First time saying this about a hotel. Onlything I can say is they need ice machines on each floor. We had to go to front desk for ice.

I would go back to this hotel if I go this way again in the future.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the lobby was very nice. The rooms were very nice.

Cons:

There were just a few spots in our room that wasn’t cleaned from previously. A bathroom door had a small smear on a mirror as well as the mirror in the bathroom.

Good except for the pool
Pros:

We were disappointed that the pool was not heated. We were told that it was a heated pool., but it was not heated so we were unable to enjoy that. We even asked at the front desk and they said it was heated. We did inform them that it was not.
