Die Anlage ist in Teilen stark Renovierungsbedürftig! Die Zimmer sind alt, die Betten sind zwar bequem und die Ausstattung der Zimmer funktional, aber alles insgesamt nicht mehr wirklich zeitgemäß. Alle Getränke, inklusive Wasser aus den Spendern riechen und schmecken deutlich nach Chlor. Das Wasser ist so nicht trinkbar gewesen! (Und wir sind sicher nicht empfindlich). Alles in Allem, nett aber auch ein wenig enttäuschend

Kiepskie napoje i soki (oraz drinki) w barze. Cała infrastruktura hotelowa ma już swoje lata co widać (stare budynki, leżaki itp.).

Essen könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, Nachspeisen sehr eintönig

Hotel je uz dost stary a renovacia by mu pomohla. Castejsie chybali pribory alebo pohare pri obedoch/vecerach ale personal ich priebezne doplnal. Kamienkova plaz je narocna pokial nemate topanky do vody. Lokalita je dost veterna takze komu prekaza vietor skor odporucam vychodnu cast Rodosu (Faliraki, Lindos).

Animation seemed to have the same activities every day, there wasnt much variation, and so any more than a week, and it may have been a little stagnant. The shows were also mixed, the three dance shows were great, the others not so much.

The beds were rather hard, which took some getting used to, and there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Food was varied, breakfast and lunch was great, but dinner was mixed. The themed nights were good, and always options for the children, but we felt the 'international nights' could have been better.

Despite reception saying it wasnt allowed, sunbeds do get reserved, and though there are plenty to go round, the best ones go pretty quickly.

Sofas in and around reception could do with being replaced, they are rather tired and worn out, as are the flags outside the hotel.

As a whole, this hotel does not come anywhere close to a 4-star standard
- must have been really nice 20–30 years ago, but it has suffered from very poor maintenance since then
- upon arrival, we couldn't get into one of our rooms. Both the key and the lock were desperately rusty. After the key was replaced, it improved slightly, but it still took about 10 seconds of jiggling to find the "correct" position every single time we wanted to unlock the door. Furthermore, all three physical-key safes in our rooms shared the same issue - old, rusty broken locks . Fixed upon request, but it only lasted a couple of days before breaking again
- beach towel cards not given during check-in, had to be requested. Towels (both beach and shower) only replaced every second day. Even when left on the floor (universal sign for replacement), the staff simply picked them up and hung them back on the handrail without changing them. You won't get a clean towel outside of that strict 2-day cycle, even if you explicitly ask for one
- the food was the worst I have ever experienced in any resort. There was a very limited selection, and every type of meat was so overcooked that it was practically unchewable. By the look of it, everything seemed a couple of days old. The main dining area was constantly plagued by a severe shortage of clean plates, cutlery, and glasses, forcing guests to wait around just to grab a plate/glass
- do not bother booking a dinner in Mamma Mia (a la carte). It is even worse than the buffet. I am absolutely certain the food was just prepared using cheap, pre-made frozen meals bought from a local supermarket
- be prepared for constant, loud noise from planes flying overhead, which completely ruins any chance of a quiet, relaxing atmosphere
- all sunbeds occupied early in the morning by the "beach towel mafia", desperate lack of shaded areas, small & thin umbrellas
- do not count on the internet connection.

Nagyon rontja az all inclusive színvonalát, hogy nincs rendes üdítő, csak valami helyi borzalom, ami a koktélokat is rontja. Egy átlagos Coca Cola vagy Pepsi termékek sokat javíthatatlan már ezen. Nincs például egy normális tonik.
Sajnos a part teljesen köves, nincs sehol egy kis homok.

La pulizia delle camere è da migliorare. Non cambiano con regolarità le asciugamani. La struttura è bella ma un po' datata. È all inclusive ma la qualità del cibo e delle bevande è molto bassa.

Room smells of mold, very noisy aircondition, not clean, refrigerator not working , bugs. Poor food quality, soda and water tastes mold. Stayed one night due to being close to airport. This was the 4th hotel in Rhodes in 11 nights. And all the others were very good and clean mid budget hotels, this was definitely not. Also rude receptionists. Several guest were also complaining about the mold smell. I am so happy we only booked 1 night here due to our plane beeing canceled. If I had booked the family vacation here, it would have been totally ruined. Our family are not known for being especially picky neither. Would recommend to find another hotel.
