Pros:

Fraaie kamer, goed bed, goede douche, schoon. Gelegen in het centrum. Ontbijt wordt voor je klaargemaakt en das fijn!

Super mooi hotel !
Pros:

Mooie grote schone kamer met lekker ruikend beddengoed. Heerlijke cocktails, vriendelijk personeel en een mooi zwembad. Voor mij een dikke 10!!

Pal naast de raam van de hotelkamer was de luchtafvoer. Het gezoem heeft me de hele nacht wakker gehouden.
Toen ik incheckte heb ik gemerkt en bij 2 personeelsleden nagevraagd die zeiden dat het van het zwembad was en om 22u zou ophouden. Het heeft de hele nacht door gezoemd en ik heb er niet van geslapen.
Toen ik het nog een keer aangaf bij het uitchecken kwam er een lauwe reactie. Ik heb nadien zowel via booking.com als rechtstreeks via de mail contact gezocht maar geen reactie ontvangen.
Erg teleurstellende ervaring alles bij elkaar.

Location was ok and facilties was also ok

Cons:

The staff. Check-in wasn't that great. I had to wait for almost 20 mins before someone could check me in at the reception. I was already loosing my patience because staffs could see me waiting at the reception and they just ignored me because they were busy serving food at the restaurant until one of them finally came up to me.
Also, between 9pm to 4am I couldn't sleep because other guests were moving from one room to another in the corridor, slamming their doors and raising their voices. I tried to speak to one of the staff hoping they could talk to other guests to lower their voices and stop slamming their doors throughout the whole night. Nothing was being done. I had to sleep with my earphones with music on. But this wasn't cool at all. The hotel should do better regarding their staff and management.
