位置方便、設備老舊、服務不及格
Pros:

老台中人這次入住覺得感傷，曾經的五星級飯店怎會變得如此殘破？姑且不論硬體設備未翻新 (例如衣櫥櫃門鉸鏈壞了未修、淋浴間玻璃門的矽膠防水條掉了未補等)，飯店管理可說是不及格。
首先入住時，乍看非常高級，有四張辦公桌像銀行接待VIP一樣負責辦理入住手續，但實際上人員訓練不佳，好像沒有SOP一樣，未說明客房打掃服務必須掛清理房間的吊牌才會清 (一般飯店是預設清潔，不要的話掛請勿打擾)，也未主動說明停車場使用規則。
入房後更是驚訝於灰塵多到像很久沒打掃過一樣，每個平面 (桌面、櫃子枱面等) 都有一層灰塵，辦公桌上甚至有像食物的碎片。雖然了解為了環保而不附一次性用品，但浴室洗手台連洗手乳都沒有是哪招？洗手還要跑到淋浴間取用沐浴乳。
致電櫃台請求清理服務，結果等了大概半小時才有人來，而且只拖了一台吸塵器，其他清潔用品都沒有，為了等他拿抹布，大概又等了十分鐘。
唯一像五星級的大概只有瑰珀翠的沐浴乳、洗髮精和護髮乳，以及Q彈的枕頭。
可免費停車，但不保證有車位。大型車停B2、一般房車停B3，這次雙十連假住了三晚，回飯店大概都晚上8、9點，很幸運都有車位。
位置算方便，鄰近頂何厝公車站牌，附近也有很多Youbike站。

The room décor has a classic touch, and everything is very well maintained. The variety of TV programs and movies is impressive, making it easy to relax after a long day. The only minor drawback was that the remote control wasn’t very responsive from the bed, but overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Habitación limpia pero con un fuerte olor a humedad, en el lavamanos no había jabón de manos, la lámpara de emergencia no estaba colocada (sola la base).
El buffet pocas opciones y los recipientes muy vacíos, a pesar de que el servicio era hasta las 11:00 am a las 10:20 comenzaron a recoger el área que tenía la comida.
El personal es amable.

I have stayed at this hotel over 20 times but the last 5 years this place has gone down hill fast.
old dirty wallpaper in the rooms, pealing at the edges. very limited amenities in the room. Bath towels no longer white, kinda grey and edges of towels frayed. Room safe was removed, leaving a clear footprint from where it once was. Closet drawers were not clean. Shower and bath had hair in them. Carpet in hallways are heavily stained. Handicap elevator not working, AC in hotel lobby not working. The gym next door is no longer there and the swimming pool has been removed.
Breakfast buffet was super limited, same food for 6 days with no variation. They used to have a nice omelet bar but no longer available and only fresh fruit were orange wedges. The bar on the second floor is now closed and a substitute novel robot bartender thing is now in the lobby...?
Overall, I regret staying here and would choose Evergreen, Splendor, Moxy or another Marriott Bonvoy property over Tempus. Never again Tempus, never again
