Amplitud y ubicación. Excelente calidad precio.
Pros:

La ubicación y la amplitud de la habitación. Esta justo al comienzo de la zona de Usaquen, llena de bares y restaurantes, corazon del norte de Bogotá.

Cons:

Dos cosas q se pueden mejorar.
El mantenimiento de algunas partes de las habitaciones, arreglos menores pero visibles

Las ventanas dejan entrar bastante ruido de la calle, no es algo preocupante pero quizás a veces temprano en la noche se agradecería algo mas fe silencio en la habitación.

Denne anbefales og vi fikk mye for pengene. Synes vi med et rom for 2 personer og et rom for 3 personer
Pros:

Rent og pent, god frokost.
Lå bra til med tanke på de aktivitetene vi skulle ut på. Veldig fint og trygt område, koselig marked hver helg rett utenfor dørå🤗😍

Very bad experience
Pros:

Locatie, aardige personeel.

Cons:

I booked and paid for a nice room — 2 double beds, modern bathroom, a couch, nice city view. In the pictures it looked really good.

Then they texted me asking if I was travelling alone and if I really needed a 2 double beds in the room. They asked if I was okay with an upgrade to a room, with a private balcony, beautiful view and a one double bed, and I agreed.


At check-in I dropped my bag in the room and noticed it was very small, but it had a balcony and a beautiful view, which I liked. I left my bag and went straight into town. Later that night I came back and took a shower (I couldn’t actually stand under it, it was way too low), warm water was limited, and then I noticed the bathroom was horrible and dirty — some kind of grime everywhere. But okay, I’d been travelling for days, I was just happy to have a warm shower. Then I went to bed, and it was the worst bed I have ever slept in. And I’ve travelled all over the world, stayed in very basic places and so on, but this was truly awful — rock hard. You could feel the springs in your back.

Anyway, it was very late, and my check-out was at 4am because of a very early flight so untried to close my eyes for a few hours, without result.

Very, very poor service — if you book and pay for a nice, big, modern room with a comfortable bed, they shouldn’t give you the worst room with the most horrible bed and a disgusting bathroom as an “upgrade” just because it has a balcony and a view.

That said, the girl at check-in was really friendly. I think a colleague had arranged this beforehand, because she looked quite surprised when she saw the booking and the room change. So I think they know that this is a bad room comparing to the rest of the rooms.

I hope next time they give me a proper room, because the location is amazing — from the hotel you can walk straight into the streets full of restaurants, right by Usaquén park.

Great stay
Pros:

Staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast is varied, fresh and yummy.
Great location! There’s a flee market in the area on weekends and this hotel is just a few steps away from that, restaurants, bars and a mall.
