Je n'ai rien à dire et je trouve abusive d'obliger à écrire 2 phrases pour valider l'évaluation.
Cela fait ce questionnaire trop autoritaire.

Cons:

Il n'y avait des serviettes dans la salle de bain. J'ai contacté le téléphone mise à) disposition mais vu mon horaire d'arrivée il n'y avait personne sur place et la solution n'a pas été réglé.
J'ai demandé une indemnisation/geste commercial au vue de cette faute mais rien n'a été fait.

L'emplacement proche de l'aéroport, la kitchenette, le côté pratique.

Cons:

Il nous a été attribué une chambre dont le ménage n'avait pas été fait alors que nous avions reçu un message 2 heures avant nous disant que notre chambre était prête.
L'hôtel était déjà fermé.
Heureusement quelqu'un a répondu au téléphone et nous avons pu avoir une chambre propre.
