Peaceful and Pleasant
Pros:

I appreciate how clean the facility and my room was. It was quiet in the building as well. Breakfast was wonderful and had an array to choose from. Will definitely come back again when in the area.

All was good. Not disappointed with my stay.

Pros:

Very nice staff. Great location. Comfortable nice size room.

Cons:

Dirty very dirty. Couch and pillow cases covered in multiple different hairs . Bathroom needs to be deep cleaned correctly not just surface wiped. Fixtures improperly mounted and falling off .

Overpriced, not value added, and will never return
Pros:

Hotel and rooms were new. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff seemed friendly. Free breakfast and coffee were decent.

Cons:

Hotel lobby, pool, and eating area were too small. Fitness center had very little equipment. Housekeeping knocked on doors at 9 am and then talked loudly in halls. Laundry room was kept open with music blasting in the morning. Button on phone to front desk for 114 went to 911 and guide did not work on tv.

Room comfortable ans clean. Breakfast good, but the pancake maker was out of order. Quick checkout.

Too many other options to stay here again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, especially night staff. Bed appeared clean.

Cons:

Mud stains on carpet right beside bed. It's the first thing you notice and really sets the tone for the room. Loveseat looked dingy. Breakfast was just ok. Mostly cold and bland. I watched them cleaning the vents in the food prep area during breakfast hours. Seems as though they would wait until after for that.

Everyone was super nice. I always like that every Holiday Inn has baked cookies. You feel welcome there. And Barbara was so friendly and kind doing the morning breakfast.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The coffee in the lobby was fantastic.

Cons:

The indoor pool was not heated. The breakfast was not up par with other Holiday Inn breakfasts. The oatmeal was not fully cooked. The biscuits were hard.

Someone was beating their spouse in the room next to us so bad the tv was shaking on my wall. I had to move rooms with my family at 1am.
