Despite the noise, I was satisfied with my stay.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean in all aspects. I like the way the hotel was conveniently set up. Everything i needed was close to my room.

Cons:

When i returned to my room to shutdown for the night, the guests in the room above me were allowing their children to run, jump, and play. It sounded like the were jumping from the bed to the floor. I thought they were going to come through the ceiling. I called guest services, but the noise still continued.

On checkout Monday 09-07-2026 there were" NO MEAT" or fruit to eat. Only eggs, biscuits,sausage gravy and potatoes, pastries, cereal and pancake machine.Unacceptable breakfast with no meat!

The room was nice and clean, it was just noisy.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The room was clean and very roomy.

Cons:

Dogs barking night and day. And the person beside us has their TV on all night and it was loud.

Sufficient for our needs but will not stay again.
Pros:

Good location. Check in was good and staff friendly.

Cons:

Very loud past midnight. Other guest yelling in hall at 2 am. Mold/mildew in bath room. Hvac was loud in room. Breakfast bar was not fully supplied because a truck didn’t arrive but could have stocked from local store.

Wouldn’t stay again but I was glad it was close to places to shop and eat
Pros:

I liked being on the first floor and that there was a pool available.

Cons:

The location was not close enough to the beach for the amount we paid. The pool was way too warm and too much of a chemical smell. The bathroom looked run down. The room was very small for the amount we paid and the amount of people we had. Pancake machine wasn’t working. Breakfast was not great

Pros:

Location. When I first got to my room my air conditioner wasn't working properly. Within 5 minutes a young man was there to help me with that problem.

Cons:

Noise at night a very large truck sounded like it was doing some type of maintenance.

We would definitely recommend this location and we would stay here again for sure! This was a great experience.
Pros:

It was very clean and had a great family environment. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well! We really enjoyed the pool and that there was a free breakfast available.

Cons:

There were only a couple small issues including the drains didn’t drain very well and they seemed to have a struggling keeping towels and pillows available. We had a room with a pull out bed and weren’t able to get pillow for it. The only other rather inconvenient thing was that are room was on the opposite side of the second floor and was a pretty good hike to the elevator.

I would only stay here again if everywhere else was full and do not recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Shower was nice in our room. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Pantry items overpriced. Was a big ordeal to get clean towels and rags. Requested them one day and never received them. Toilet broke-husband had to fix it. Push-button curtains/blinds were broken so in order to see out we had to roll and tape them up. Housekeeping rushed us this morning and we still had time to be out. Pool was terrible. One of our girls suffered minor chemical burns from it. Such a strong smell like chlorine in there. Too small. No parking when it's busy like this weekend (state ball tournament). Need more than 1 washer and 1 dryer. Ice machines seemed to always be broken on at least 2 floors.
