Our stay at the Marriott Hotel Northeast Beijing was truly excellent from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were extremely professional, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. You can clearly see that service quality is a top priority here.
Our room on the 15th floor was very comfortable, modern, and offered a great view over the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was spotless, and it was very quiet – perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Beijing.
The breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of options, including both international and Asian dishes, and the overall quality of the food was excellent.
The location is also very convenient, with good access to business areas, shopping districts, and several restaurants nearby.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience in a well-managed hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Marriott Bonvoy World Elite MasterCards are supposed to be working at Marriott Hotels (!), and once checking into their executive lounge (which is great while staying ahead of the rest, to simply skip the queues), I had to unfortunately learn, even while logging onto my banking app and to share my location specifically to the spot, that only Alipay is being accepted. So this is what I did, I inked my Marriott Bonvoy World Elite Mastercard to Alipay and have been "scanned by the merchant instead". Unfortunately, this came with a drawback, additional banking charges from the third party platform. Their Executive afternoon was rather a fiasco, offering marshmallows and "cakes" in the size of a thumb. At least offer something salty, to those with diabetes (!). The rest was fine, room, grounds, the Executive lounge breakfast god, just their afternoon tea could seek room for improvement, but all neat and tidy, modern. and as I would have expected it.
An international hotel is supposed to be handling the basics, offering rooms and let guests also pay for such, not only these that are holding local payment systems. Luckily, I share such details, others just walk away. How come I can use my Marriott Bonvoy World Elite Mastercard to tap in and out for the airport express, and purchase a sport drink in a supermarket, but I can't make use of a Marriott credit card in a Marriott hotel. The card worked also and perfectly fine (within the same hotel group) at the Beijing Capital Airport, as well as Chongqing and Shanghai properties ! Others may just walk away and don't even mention it, but hey: criticising leaves room for improvement. I like this hotel, and care about it, I care more or less and wanting to return, this time and next time rather without additional Alipay charges on my credit card!

В день заселения мы оплатили завтрак ,и не отходя от места,попросили отменить завтрак ,так как у нас был очень ранний вылет и мы бы не попали на завтрак по времени. Персонал отменил завтрак ,и обещал, что деньги вернутся только в течении 3-5 дней . Прошел уже 1 месяц ,веду переписку с ними ,они так и не вернули средства . Завтрак был оплачен за 3 человека .
