Tolle Lage, super zum Sportmachen
Pros:

Wirklich wertvoll finden wir den 25m-Aussenpool auf dem Dach, das gut ausgestattete Gym und den schönen Innenpool, alles fast rundum die Uhr nutzbar!
Zimmer war auch gut, schöne Balkons mit der besonderen Optik. Lage hervorragend!

Cons:

Bad im Zimmer müsste nicht sein, lieber als Extraraum.

Ein rundum schönes Erlebnis.
Pros:

Alles, wirklich außergewöhnliches sauber und komfortabel. Das Spa war großartig.

Cons:

Dass meine Bestellung für das Frühstück am Zimmer vergessen wurde. (Aber nach einem kurzen Anruf im Restaurant wurde alles sofort und sehr freundlich gebracht!)

Cons:

Es gibt in diesem Hotel kein adäquates Services und kein geschultes Personal. Das Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück ist völlig emotionslos.
Wir sind mit 2 Kleinkinder nach einer langen und anstrengenden Fahrt um22.15 im Hotel angekommen und es hat uns niemand angeboten mit dem Gepäck behilflich zu sein. Der Zimmerschlüssel wurden meiner Tochter erst übergeben, nachdem sie sinnlos alle Daten eingeben musste. Unabhängig davon, dass ich das auch für sie hätte erledigen können,
sollte man sich überlegen, wie man diese Prozesse in Zeiten der KI verbessern kann.
Wir waren schon mehrmals da, aber die Qualität und das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis werden immer schlechter.
Ich finde es auch völlig unangebracht, die Leihfahrräder in der Lobby aufzubewahren - das ist ein grauenvoller Anblick auf die verschmutzen Fahrräder . Es sollte das ganze Konzept einmal überdacht werden.
Aber es wird uns nicht mehr betreffen - denn wir kommen sicher nicht mehr !!

Für Tagungen und Kurzaufenthalte optimal.
Pros:

Die Größe des Zimmers und die Sauberkeit waren wirklich überraschend und wir wurden positiv beeindruckt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr gut geschult, professionell und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir wollten an einem Abend im Restaurant essen. Bei der Reservierung wurde uns einfach nur mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant für Reservierungen gesperrt sei. Kein Grund, kein Bedauern .....

Cons:

Komisch haben wir gefunden, dass im Zimmer für zwei Erwachsene und Kind keineTüren in Dusche vorhanden war. Es war total unpraktisch.
