Bello e piacevole, attenzione alle condizioni
Pros:

SPA carina con tutto il necessario, e una piccola zona esterna con vista sul fiumiciattolo... camere spaziose. Ambiente piacevole e personale educato. Posizione molto buona vicino al lago. Letti comodi, parcheggio per l'auto.

Cons:

Il checkin, siamo arrivati prima delle 14, ci hanno riferito che la camera non era pronta. Abbiamo chiesto se potevamo andare in SPA e ci hanno risposto che per la SPA serviva pagare un extra (pensavo fosse inclusa) non volendo controllare tutte le condizioni abbiamo pagato. Poi abbiamo scoperto che era in inclusa ma dall'orario di check in. Quindi ho pagato la SPA per entrare due ore prima...(non lo avrei fatto se avessi capito bene). Quindi ho riferito il giorno dopo al check out ho fatto presente quanto accaduto e mi sarei aspettato forse (un buono per la prossima volta per l'estra spa, o qualcosa visto che io non ho capito bene, ma nemmeno la ragazza alla receprion è stata chiara secondo me), ma nulla mi ha solo detto mi spiace. Solo che alla fine è come se avessi pagato il 30% in piu la camera che avevo scelto, il che purtroppo mi ha portato a non essere del tutto soddisfatto.

Pros:

Es hat alles gepasst. Frühstück für 26€ / Person etwas happig. Aber es wird einiges geboten und fehlt (Sekt haben wir nicht gefunden) nichts

Cons:

Wellnessbehandlungen waren leider ausgebucht.

Beim Buchen um Zimmer in Stockwerk 2 oder höher bitten

Cons:

- Ausblick vom Zimmer (erster Stock) auf die Rückseite des Anbaus, das war definitiv enttäuschend!
