Pros:

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und freundlich.

Cons:

Es war alles ok. Aber das Zimmer war zur Straße und das war selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern laut. Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet.

Pros:

Das Personal ist freundlich und nett. Hilfsbereit und die Lage ist perfekt. Wenige Schritte zum Wörthersee. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Der Wellnessbereich ist spitze und das Frühstücksbuffet auch. Gymraum, Poolanlagen, Sauna, Dampfbad, Kälteraum, Anwendungen, Saunabar uvm.Zimmer je nach Lage bestimmt auch. Würde wieder kommen aber vorher gewisse Dinge checken. Lage des Zimmers auf alle Fälle!Einrichtung und Angebot ist echt super!

Die Lage des Zimmers war mit einer Aussicht auf eine Betonwand. Es war gegenüber vom Lift wo reger Betrieb herrscht...
Bei Buchung die Lage nachfragen, bzw. Wünsche äußern. 2 Stock Minimum Lage Richtung Park, nicht Straße. Teppichböden in den Zimmern und Hunde erlaubt, das ist schon grenzwertig!!!Man merkt auch im Park/Hotel Aussenbereich die Hundehaufen, egal ob vom Hotel oder nicht, generelles Problem🫤 Frühstücksbuffet kostet €26 extra. Aber im nachhinein betrachtet den Preis wert.

Prekrasna lokacija hotela
Pros:

Odlična lokacija, mirna i udobna soba opremljena svim dodacima, prekrasan okoliš, parking, bogati i raznoliki doručak.

Cons:

Samo dvije zamjerke : mali odvojeni Wc bez ventilatora i prozora, podno grijanje ima ispred tuša, a u tuš kabini hladne pločice.

Super hotel, super staff, super breakfast!
Pros:

Everything was fine. We asked for a room change and got it at the reception in 3 minutes. We have been returning to this hotel repeatedly for 7 years. Breakfast is an experience, the overall atmosphere is 100%.
