Freundliches Personal, gute Austattung von Pool, Fitness, Wellness. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider konnte die tolle Poolanlage kaum genützt werden, da 2 von 3 Bahnen von externen Leuten gebucht wurden. Diese Situation ist extrem enttäuschend und wird Stammgäste vertreiben, da diese Hotel schließlich ja mit Wellness wirbt. Wenn ich als Hotelgast die Austattung nicht mehr entsprechend nützen kann, dann steht der hohe Preis nicht mehr dafür.

Tolle Lage - große Pools
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend! In ein paar Minuten ist man am See. Wir haben die sauberen Pools (indoor + outdoor) ausgiebig genutzt. Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten - hatten wir nicht gebucht.

lage zentral im seepark

Cons:

im wc haare in der toilette von vorgängern, duschwand deutlich verkalkt, dusche ubd wasserhähne spritzen, liegen pool zu wenig für die grösse des hotels, restaurant für tage geschlossen, bereiche aufgrund einer hochzeit geschlossen, parkplätze zu wenig, mehr als 400€ per nacht ohne frühstück für ein zimmer mit verhangenem fenster ist nicht akzeptabel,

Hotel kann bedenkenlos empfohlen werden.
Pros:

Wir waren nun schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal, schöne Zimmer, reichhaltiges gutes Frühstück.
Der Wörthersee liegt direkt vor der Haustür.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren. Lediglich der Weg in die Stadt Klagenfurt dauert ein wenig.
Der Preis ist gehoben und m.E. Etwas überhöht.
