I would not stay here again and would steer my friends away from your hotel.
Pros:

Chef made a great omelette. Buffet was good with a nice variety of choices.

Cons:

My 8 year old granddaughter is severely handicapped and in a stroller. Your elevators were not working. How do you get a wheelchair up stairs. After talking to staff, they showed us to a service elevator. Really? Then we needed ice. We looked at floors 1-4. Ice machine was not working. Finally had to go to floor 5. Remember, there was no elevator to use for this search. If we would have known this hotel was is this bad of condition, we would never have stayed there. I spent $540 for this!

This is a horrible hotel,does not represent Hilton Honor.
Pros:

This is a horrible hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. All hallway and room carpet should be replaced. Customer service needs work.
