Quiet Hotel
Pros:

Quiet hotel and friendly staff. We were well looked after by the server Mohammed B. at the restaurant- he was proactive and efficient. Food was great.

Cons:

Slow staff inside the restaurant. You have to literally ask them to give you what you need. The ladies there need a good hospitality training as they are not really bothered to serve you.

Dawlitz; A wonderful place to stay in Rabat
Pros:

My friend and I came to the Dawlitz Hotel in Rabat a few days prior to our tour. The property is beautiful, and well maintained . The staff was incredibly helpful- with questions, directions, ideas of places to visit, an ATM issue, a sewing kit- they were always accommodating. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and if I return to Morocco I will definitely stay here again. If you visit Rabat you should stay at the Dawlitz.

Nous avons été débité de 80€ en plus de notre réservation initiale sans aucune explication/service rendu.
Nous attendons toujours le remboursement 1 mois plus tard ...

La chambre qui m’a été attribuée était extrêmement bruyante (il était impossible d’y dormir, même avec des bouchons d’oreille).
Après avoir demandé un changement, il m’a été proposé une chambre qui sentait les égouts, puis encore une autre chambre à 1h du matin, suite à plusieurs allers-retours...
Pour un établissement de cette catégorie, des chambres de ce standard (bruyantes et odorantes) ne correspondent pas aux attentes liées au tarif payé (nous avions réglé un total de 1000€ environ pour une suite et deux chambres).
