For the Elite, but kind to all.
Pros:

Great stay, definitely catering to rich diplomatic folk. I stayed a night to have a rest before adventuring Morocco. The main reason i booked was for the gym. They had Techno Gym UNICA which was sufficient for a good pull day. The pool is great, the staff are very kind. Breakfast great.

Cons:

Expensive, I needed some water & they quoted me 70DHR - a water feature would be good. The location is across the river which means a lovely view however there aren’t any convenience stores nearby.

Nous avons été débité de 80€ en plus de notre réservation initiale sans aucune explication/service rendu.
Nous attendons toujours le remboursement 1 mois plus tard ...

La chambre qui m’a été attribuée était extrêmement bruyante (il était impossible d’y dormir, même avec des bouchons d’oreille).
Après avoir demandé un changement, il m’a été proposé une chambre qui sentait les égouts, puis encore une autre chambre à 1h du matin, suite à plusieurs allers-retours...
Pour un établissement de cette catégorie, des chambres de ce standard (bruyantes et odorantes) ne correspondent pas aux attentes liées au tarif payé (nous avions réglé un total de 1000€ environ pour une suite et deux chambres).

Un super séjour dans le dawliz
Pros:

L’accueil superbe, le personnel au petit soin, le petit déjeuner chaque matin vraiment au top. L’emplacement de l’hôtel situé proche des transports en commun bien desservi. Un coup de cœur pour Hiba franchement… elle est juste merveilleuse !

Cons:

En période coupe d’Afrique des nations le bruit de l’équipe du botsawana le soir après leur défaite impossible de s’en dormir tranquillement.

L’ensemble du personnel est tout simplement sublime, avec une qualité de service exceptionnelle. À notre arrivée, je n’étais pas entièrement satisfaite de ma chambre, et Imane, la responsable de la réception, nous a immédiatement surclassés, sans discussion, avec une grande gentillesse et un professionnalisme remarquable.

Imane a été à l’écoute, bienveillante, réactive et extrêmement professionnelle, même bien au-delà de ce que l’on peut attendre. Son sens du service a véritablement fait toute la différence et a transformé notre séjour.

Grâce à elle et à toute l’équipe, l’expérience a été parfaite. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.
