A relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would happily come back again

The hotel has a beautiful location by the river with a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The pool area was also very nice and well maintained

L'emplacement ainsi que la vue depuis la chambre, le salon de l'hôtel était pas mal

Cons:

Le bar restaurant est assez bruyant, la propreté laissait à désirer par endroits, pas de service de chauffeur, en entrant personne ne vous aide à transporter vos valises

Séjour globalement satisfaisant
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprecié, la vue est exceptionnelle! Exigez une chambre avec vue sur le Bouregreg, la Tour Hassan et le nouveau Théâtre, le soir avec l'éclairage c'est magique!
Chambre spacieuse lumineuse.
La literie est tres confortable, les produits dans la salle de bain sont de bonne qualité.
Le panier de fruits (pommes) est apprécié avec 2 petites bouteilles d'eau.

Cons:

Pas de machine à café dans les chambres pour un 5 étoiles c'est décevant!
L'espace buffet du petit déjeuner est très petit..la présentation des produits n'est pas mise en valeur et ne donne pas vraiment envie.
Les petites cuillères à café sont en plastique.

Cons:

We had an issue with the flush on the toilet after 4 times of asking and 10 hours later it was sorted. Also the room only had one large and one small towel. Again after 4 times of asking 🤔 Had expected better from a 5* hotel.

L’emplacement, l’équipe du bar auprès de la piscine et au sky , la nourriture au sky est top !!

Cons:

Nous avons pris une suite spacieuse mais vide ! La deco et la moquette a revoir, ca ne merite pas le prix payé
Les filles aux petits dej qui ne te calculent meme pas, qui insultent les clients par des gros mots dans leur dos ( je les ai bien entendu) à revoir, l’équipe d’avant était plus professionnelle et souriante
