Modernes Hotel in guter Lage. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel kostenpflichtig, aber ausreichend vorhanden. Das Doppelzimmer war riesig und mit einem zusätzlichen Sitzbereich ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und komfortabel. Der Pool war noch nicht geöffnet, der Whirlpool konnte aber genutzt werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet. Check-out erst um 12 Uhr.

Cons:

Alles gut.

Location was great

Cons:

Furnishings were older and well used, very loud bangs from above throughout the night. No microwave in the room. Breakfast service did not have eggs available during the end of the time it was open.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable!
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable in size- we had 4 adults and 2 teenagers in one room and we all fit very comfortably without feeling like we were on top of each other (and I’m claustrophobic!). Staff were very nice and property was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

I truthfully don’t have any vices about our stay at this property.

It was very nice and convenient.

Cons:

I requested a double room for my son and me. When I checked in I was told no doubles were available. A king room with a pullout couch was available. I was compensated $15 for parking and my son slept on a pullout couch.

Pros:

Great location to what we were wanting to see and visit. The area can get busy, which is to be expected, with nearby events. Everything is very close by.

Cons:

The hot tub and pool were closed. It wasn't listed anywhere that these amenities were closed. Parking was very minimal, and part of the parking lot was being used for dumpsters and other renovation items.

Pros:

The breakfast had a variety of options which was very nice. The king room was spacious and nice.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a microwave in our room and the fridge in our room rattled and made a great amount of noice. It would be nice to have ice available on our floor. We had to go to 3 rd or 5 th floor.

Cons:

The young girl that checked me in was awesome, the rest of the staff were not friendly and at times snobby. I expected better from staff when the room was over $300 a night. To add to the trouble I booked an extra night then went to renew key. And the man that works at front desk in daytime, was rude to me told me the hotel was over booked at 945. And wouldnt let me check out later than 11. Still haven't received my refund either its been 5 days
