I like this hotel and will stay there again especially when going to events at the Delta Center.
Pros:

My family and I stayed there because of the close proximity to the Delta Center. It made it convenient to get there and not have to worry about parking or traffic after the Utah Jazz game. The room was very clean and nice.

Cons:

While, the breakfast was good, it would be better if the food that was suppose to be hot was actually warmer. I understand that when it's first brought out that it is warm but there are food warmers that can be used in hotels.

They have been better in the past.
Pros:

Wasn’t happy with the staff. Front desk was no help and kind of rude. I’ve stayed multiple times and this is by far the worst

Nice place would go again.
Pros:

Nice place, good breakfast (would have liked a couple more healthy options but good overall). Great location walking to the Gateway mall practically next door. Room was spacious and I was able to work without disturbing TV or sleep of spouse. We travel a LOT over the years, and Hyatt Place or Hyatt House is a great value we think.

Clean & Comfortable Property Close to Salt Palace and Delta Center
Pros:

Good location for Salt Palace Convention Center and Delta Center. Was convenient to restaurants and shopping and in a walkable location. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, water pressure and temperature in shower were good. Staff was welcoming and helpful. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that is not on the street side because the light rail train station in just across the street and the train runs late at night and starts up around 6a. Breakfast starts at 7a.

Great location, clean and reasonably priced
Pros:

Clean and reasonably priced. Perfect location if attending a sports event at Delta Center, as it’s a 5 minute walk. Front desk staff were so helpful and friendly. I only wish there were microwaves in the rooms.
