Unacceptable charges creditcard
Pros:

Be aware when staying at this hotel. They charged amounts to my credit card without providing any explanation or prior communication.
After several emails, I was eventually told that the charges were for the two nights we parked at the hotel. However, two separate amounts were charged: $59 and almost $46. Parking is advertised as $15 per day, plus tax, so these amounts simply do not add up to two days of parking.
What I find particularly unacceptable is that the hotel can apparently charge my credit card without any explanation or itemized invoice. I have contacted the hotel several times, but the manager has not responded to my emails or provided any clarification.
I am extremely disappointed and very dissatisfied with the way this has been handled. I find it completely unacceptable and frankly outrageous that money can simply be taken from a guest’s credit card without proper communication or a clear explanation of the charges.
I would strongly advise other guests to pay close attention to their credit card statements when staying at this hotel.

Emplacement idéal pour la visite de Salt-Lake City.
Pros:

Grande chambre avec literie très confortable, proche du centre ville. Parking facile. Petit déjeuner varié avec des nouveautés chaque jour. Laundry à petit prix. Personnel très agréable.

Petite piscine, très encombrée en fin de journée.

Er wordt gewoon geld van je creditcard afgeschreven, en als je om een specificatie vraagt zeggen ze dat het om het een transactie was waarin het parkeergeld werd afgeschreven. Bij de balie zeiden ze dat parkeren 15 dollar per nacht was, dat kan dus geen 45 euro zijn plus nog een extra afboeking van 59 dollar. Meerdere malen met ze gemaild, maar elke keer een zeer late zeer korte reactie, of zelfs geen reactie meer. Zelfs aan het verzoek om een gespecificeerde rekening wordt niet voldaan en kan ik fluiten naar mijn geld. Zeer kwalijk dat een hotel zomaar een bedrag inn rekening kan brengen en er dan geen toelichting op kan of wil geven.
Ze zijn in ieder geval nog niet klaar met mij

Great experience for SLC short stay
Pros:

I have a family of 5, we stayed for 2 nights in SLC. Great location and pool/hot tub. Clean room and easy parking but it is $15 more. Short drive to the airport. We will stay here again!

Pros:

The room was cozy and clean. The hot tub was great! The pool area was clean, and I appreciated the privacy screening on the fences. The breakfast was good quality.

Cons:

Please add spoons to this location's breakfast bar supplies. They kept running out of them, so they had to gather them up and wash them quickly to restock. The morning front-area staff was also a bit loud, which made for a slightly awkward dining experience.

Pick a different hotel
Pros:

Paid for a King Bed and did not get a king bed the bed was barely 5 feet across and was very uncomfortable. Terrible stay, couldn’t sleep and I left with really bad back, leg and neck pain. Will be going to get looked at for some of the pain that hasn’t gone away yet. Terrible breakfast the gas tasted like the old military bag eggs they would shake up when you were in the field. Filling a BBB complaint for the overpriced queen bed we got that was supposed to be a king.

Great place for 3 nights and the staff were friendly and helpful.
