Moc příjemný pobyt.
Pros:

Snídaně byly úžasné. Měli jsme standardní pokoj, takže poměrně malý. Ale bylo tam vše co jsem potřebovala a vše fungovalo, ocenili jsme klimatizaci. Personál celkově skvělý. Všichni milí.
Vodní svět je tu super pro dospělé i děti.

Cons:

Koupelna na pokoji by si zasloužila renovaci. Byla ale čistá a funkční, takže to je jen detail.

Špičkový hotel s wellnesom a parkingom gratis, výbornými raňajkami aj reštauráciou.
Pros:

Veľmi bohaté raňajky, kde nájdete naozaj všetko. Nemajú problém, keď si zoberiete so sebou jablko alebo banán a pod. Veľmi slušný personál a pani na recepcii Vám splnia všetky želania v rámci možností :) Hotel má k dispozícií veľký Wellness, hodinku Vám dá grátis v rámci pobytu. Vyskúšali sme aj reštauráciu na večeru a boli sme prekvapení ich chutnou kuchyňou. Veľmi nám chutilo. V hoteli si pohodlne kúpite lístky na metro. Parking zadarmo beriem ako najväčší benefit na Prahu.

Cons:

Nemáme čo vytknúť všetko bolo super.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Lobby war so stark parfümiert, dass man kaum atmen konnte und schnell Kopfschmerzen bekam.

Im Zimmer hatte die Karte zum einstecken einen Wackelkontakt, das Licht ging am Bett rechts nicht immer.

Im Bad gab es keinen einzigen Haken für die Handtücher.

Was an unserem Wellness Aufenthalt das unangenhmste war:

Im Saunabereich musste man sich sofort verhüllen. Es war sehr unangenehm nach dem Aufguss sich nicht nackt an der Luft abkühlen zu können. Vorallem für Frauen, die sich das Handtuch über die Brust legen müssen, ist es sehr unangenehm, da man nicht so schnell abkühlt wie die Männer, die oben "ohne" rum laufen dürfen.

Zudem war der Wellnessbereich auf dem Dach mit den wenigen Liegen sehr beengt. Der Boden aus WPC Brettern hat sich in der Sommerlichen Hitze stark aufgeheizt, die Luft auf dem Dach war schlecht, man hat überall Abluft gerochen. Es gab keinen Schatten zum hinlegen.

Im Saunabereich muss man sich als Frau bedecken,dahingehend wurden im Badebereich Handys und fotografieren toleriert. Zwei Frauen, komplett in normaler Kleidung mit Kopfbedeckung angezogen, fotografierten ständig ihre Kinder und Männer im Wasser.

Wo Nacktheit erlaubt sein sollte, wird sie unterbunden, wo Privatsphäre geschützt werden sollte, wird nichts gemacht.

Zum WELLNESS würde ich hier nicht mehr hin fahren.

Ich würde dieses Hotel jeder Zeit wieder wählen denn es wurde an alles gedacht.
Pros:

Die professionelle Begrüßung mit Getränken und die Organisation mit Hotel und Wellnessbereich! Viele Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie zbsp. Zu meinem Geburtstag eine Flasche Sekt im Eiskübel und eine Persönliche Karte! Beim Check out gab es Wasser für die Fahrt und ein Abschiedsgeschenk mit Andenken. Das Frühstück ist herausragend.
