Výborný poměr cena / výkon
Pros:

Výborná snídaně, parkování zdarma, v budově saunový svět atd., dobrá zvuková izolace

Cons:

Některé části hotelu jsou již starší, koupelny už nejsou nejmodernější atd., poměr cena / výkon je za mě ale velmi dobrý, dávám 10 bodů

Es war kein großer Spiegel im Zimmer.
Der Teppich riecht sehr stark.
Wir hatten einen Geburtstagstisch für das Frühstück an der Rezeption bestellt das hat leider nicht geklappt und wurde vergessen demzufolge war es leider keine Überraschung mehr.

Мы были по делам в Праге и заодно отмечали день рождение. Заказывали поздравление в номер, организовали все вовремя и мы даже смогли заселиться раньше 15:00, что было для нас важным так как мы приехали на своем авто и были в дороге 7 часов. Персонал отзывчивый и заботятся о комфорте посетителей. Все в целом понравилось, чисто, комфортно, зона спа и саун отдельный огромный плюс, лаунж зона на улице в зоне саун достойна отдельного упоминания, получилось и насладиться и расслабиться. Считаем что цена за номер низкая учитывая комфорт и сервис который предоставляет отель. Обязательно посетим еще раз

Cons:

Единственное что не понравилось, это при отеле есть ресторан, мы не уверены отдельно ли он функционирует от отеля или вместе, но вот персонал в ресторане был не очень доброжелательным, также летняя терраса ресторана была закрыта, и персонал в ресторане был достаточно грубым, когда мы вечером спустились заняли столик и поинтересовались нет ли у них каких-то десертов или мороженного, на что как-то не очень вежливо с нами разговаривали.

В целом отдых оставил очень приятные впечатления — чувствуется внимание и забота со стороны персонала, а при выезде нам
Pros:

Очень приветливый и внимательный персонал, на ресепшене есть русскоговорящие сотрудники, что сильно упрощает общение. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, много свежих продуктов, особенно понравились нежные блинчики, которые готовят прямо при гостях. Также приятно удивило, насколько быстро администрация помогла решить вопрос с номером, когда мы попросили более тихий вариант, так как путешествовали с ребёнком с аутизмом, чувствительным к шуму.

Cons:

Мы не ожидали, что посещение бассейна включено только один раз при регистрации и ограничено примерно 90 минутами, независимо от количества дней проживания. Было бы приятно иметь более свободный доступ в спа-зону во время всего пребывания.
