Unglaublich gutes Abendessen im Hotel-Restaurant. Große Frühstücksbuffet Auswahl. Sehr schönes Gebäude, große Zimmer. Tolle Aussicht aus dem Restaurant/Frühstücksraum, besonders morgens. Das Hotel hat naheliegend eigene Parkplätze welche man dazubuchen kann. Super Lage.

Die Lage ist sehr gut....

Cons:

Die Situation mit dem Parkplatz, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, oberhalb des Hotels. Der Shuttleservice funktioniert nur temporär, am Vormittag bei Abreise bis 12:00 Uhr, bei Anreise bis 16:00 Uhr, das finde ich, gerade wenn man einen Ausflug in Bäderdreieck macht, ein wenig zu kurz.

Pros:

Hotel má skvělou lokalitu.

Cons:

Služby i vybavení zůstalo někde v 90’. Už tam nikdy nepojedu. Všechno je staré a ošuntělé, přesto čisté. Je to něco jako panoptikum okázalosti, která se stala kýčem. Na zvukové izolace nikdo nemyslel, takže zvuky z pokojů i chodby jako na dlani. Cena neodpovídá. Personál milý a ochotný.

Sehr schöner, erholsamer Kurzaufenthalt in Karlsbad in einem stimmungsvollen Hotel.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, mitten im Zentrum; Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe;

Cons:

Das Badezimmer: etwas zu klein, statt einer Badewanne wäre eine Dusche komfortabler.

Pros:

Leckerer und abwechslungsreicher Frühstück. Das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jedes Anliegen wird schnell und bestens organisiert. Grossen Lob an die Damen an der Rezeption! Shuttelservice zum Parkplatz und zurück war bestens! Man ist gleich in der Stadt. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon!

Cons:

Leider sind Zimmer und das Bad sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppichboden wies leider schon Gerüche auf.Zimmern sehr hellhörig.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt mitten im touristischen Teil von Karlsbad. Dank der (fast) autofreien Zone ist es nachts sehr ruhig. In dem geräumigen Zimmer war ausreichend Platz für Gepäck, Couchtisch und Sessel. Das (überwiegend auch Deutsch sprechende) Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Ausladen des Gepäcks konnten wir problemlos vorfahren und wurden dann zu einem Parkplatz im Wald gelotst (von dem aus man in wenigen Minuten zu einem Aussichtspunkt über die Innenstadt laufen oder sich wieder in die Stadt hinunterfahren lassen konnte).
