Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum perfekt um die gesamte Stadt zu erkunden, das meiste Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer o.k.

Cons:

Also das Auto wird sehr weit entfern geparkt, es gibt aber einen Fahrer der einem transportieren kann.
Das meiste Personal sehr freundlich ( besonders Barbara ) aber eine Dame beim Frühstück sehr mürrisch.
Achtung nicht alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage!!!!!!
Das Gebäck beim Frühstück schmeckte immer von Gestern

Sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel direkt in der Altstadt
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig ausgestattet, vom Balkon hatte man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Kolonaden mit den heißen Quellen. Bei der gebuchten Halbpension konnte man wählen zwischen Vorspeise und Hauptgerich oder Hauptgericht und Dessert, beides war vorzüglich und zu empfehlen.

Situation idéale, chambre confortable avec climatisation.

Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend für einen Besuch in Karlsbad. Es gibt zugewiesene Parkplätze etwas abseits. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum auf die Stadt ist sehr schön. Das Personal hat gut englisch gesprochen und alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt.

Cons:

Der Parkplatz ist für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht zu empfehlen. Steiler Anstieg und enge Parkverhältnis.

Hotel doslova predčil naše očakávania. Poloha hotela perfektná, realita zodpovedala fotkám, čo sa nie vždy stáva. izba priestranná, raňajky perfektné.

Cons:

Nemôžem povedať, že nepáčilo, ale občas sme sa nedokázali skoordinovať s upratovačkou.

Location, its has mini market in the unit. Centralized AC, minibar,we got upgraded to family room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Speak perfectly good English.

Cons:

Parking, so it’s not in the facility. It’s about 800m away. They’ll guide you to parking and park and take you back in a car. I just wished they are free. Breakfast is ok, not the greatest thing but it’s not impressive. No fresh fruit, no hash browns or potatoes BUT they do have fish for breakfast 🤣
