Alles mehr als zufriedenstellend. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen
Pros:

Der reibungslose Transfer, mit dem Shuttle zum Parkplatz und zurück war sehr gut. Das gesamte Personal konnte sehr gut Deutsch sprechen

Es gibt nichts was ich bemängeln würde.

ein hervorragendes und liebevolles frühstück mit täglich neuen überraschungen und sehr freundlichem personal!!

unser zimmer war ruhig gelegen....die betten bequem .... die dusche hervorragend und....es geht ein großes lob an das personal für ihre professionelle, tägliche reinigung!!

die direkte lage im kurzentrum einfach ideal!!

Great hotel
Pros:

We staying here for many times.Located in the heart of the city. Food,staff is really good. Breakfast is perfect. The workers really friendly,the girl in the restaurant Tsendmaa ( Sveta) really friendly,hard working and helpful .

Pros:

A szálloda központi helyen van. Van saját fizetős parkolója. Szép tiszta kényelmes szobák, családi apartman 2 külön szoba, 2 fürdőszobával. Reggeli remek. Vacsora, külön étlapról lehet választani 2 fogást. Ez egy kicsi furcsa....de levesen kivűl, (mert csak 1 van) elfogadható a választék. Személyzet nagyon kedves és segitőkész.

Top Lage im Herzen von Karlsbad – charmantes Hotel mit Wohlfühlcharakter
Pros:

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Hotel Romance. Es liegt direkt im Zentrum von Karlsbad, ganz nah an der Promenade mit ihren Quellen.
Empfehlenswert ist, im Voraus den hoteleigenen Parkplatz zu reservieren.

Das Hotel versprüht einen nostalgischen Charm und wirkt dennoch stilvoll und zeitgemäß.

Besonders danken möchten wir dem freundlichen Personal. Sprachsicher(englisch bzw. Deutsch) wird jederzeit engagiert weitergeholfen.
Zu empfehlen ist ebenfalls die im Haus angebotene Massage.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und bot viele regionale tschechische Spezialitäten.

Vielen Dank nochmals an das gesamte Team für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderschön und sehr zentral! In wenigen Minuten kann man alles erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Große und saubere Zimmer! Parkplatz vorhanden.

Top Lage in Karlsbad
Pros:

Absolute Bestlage mitten in Karlsbad! Sehr nettes Personal und unheimlich gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Es sollte doch an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas investiert und renoviert werden. Ist teilweise doch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Badewanne als Dusche ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß gerade für ältere Leute.
