El desayuno finaliza a las 10:00 a. m.; sin embargo, al bajar media hora antes encontramos muy poca disponibilidad en el buffet. Entendemos que esto puede deberse a la cercanía del horario de cierre, pero consideramos que, mientras aún haya huéspedes pendientes por disfrutarlo, sería importante mantener una mejor reposición y organización del servicio en estos casos puntuales. Adicionalmente, la atención del personal del área fue poco amable y servicial.
Nada . Muy costoso para lo que ofrecen
La verdad muy abandonadas y descuidadas las instalaciones. Con horarios de abrir la piscina del tercer piso a partir de la 2:00 pm …. Baldosas rotas dentro de la piscina …. Escalón metálico para ingresar roto y afilado .
La mayor parte del personal muy displicente, demasiado serio, nada cordial como la que atiende el Marquet o los que atienden en la zona cercana a la playa .

Falta de mantenimiento en la mayoría de instalaciones del hotel. Me asignaron la habitación 507. Con lavamanos roto. El desayuno todos los 4 días fue el mismo caldo de pollo. El horario era de 8 a 10 y a las 9 AM habían productos que ya se habían acabado en la barra y que no había más para surtir la barra. En el club de playa . está habilitado solo el vestier de hombres y por ejemplo , la caneca de ese baño toda oxidada la tapa . Para mí. No aplica 4 estrellas a ese hotel
