Pros:

Early morning flight, so on my return stayed here. Do not stay here for your Milan tourist trip.

Poor Wifi

No scale at room. There is one euro charge to weigh and that is valid for 20 second of use.

everything ( I booked 4 rooms with 8 people ) 2 of these rooms the AC didn’t work though I called the reception the said open the window , what do you mean open the window I’m in a holiday inn . by the way it was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in .

Pros:

Great location, big room, comfortable and clean. Big and safe parking (and free for the hotel customers). Exactly what we expected. Davide from the reception desk was super kind and friendly, even though we arrived for checkin close to midnight.

Cons:

The room temperature has an upper limit at 24° that can't be controlled - and when it's 36/37° outside, it felt like freezing.

Comfy and convenient spot for a Malpensa getaway stay.
Pros:

Excellent location and accommodations in preparation for departing from Malpensa airport. Wonderful breakfast. Kind staff. Convenient shuttle - at least going from the hotel to the airport.

Cons:

The hotel needs to make it easier - ('"idiotproof") - on where exactly to meet their shuttle outside of Malpensa Terminal 1. Something as simple as providing a photo and/or simple diagram of where the pickup spot is, and not just "look for the SACO sign outside the train station at Terminal 1. Complaints: 1) trains are accessed INSIDE Terminal 1; the sign that is the pickup point is oriented PERPENDICULAR to the pickup lane in front of Terminal 1, so that a passenger exiting the terminal does not see it !!!

Hyvä aamiainen. Siistit tilat ja huoneet

Cons:

Yritin ottaa yhteyttä kuljetuksesta lentokentältä hotellille, mutta en saanut vastausta ja hankimme kyydin muualta. Lentokentälle päin sai kyllä hyvin kyydin kun respasta sen henkilökohtaisesti varasi.

Muy cómodo y cercano al aeropuerto
Pros:

Muy buen ubicado cerca del aeropuerto, con un bus a pocos metros de traslado al aeropuerto gratuito. Muy buena la habitación y el desayuno.

Sería ideal que tuviera pileta. Pero estaba todo muy bien
