הרבה בריכות, מבחר גדול יחסית בארוחת בוקר
לובי יפה ונוף מהמם מהחדר במלון

יותר רחוק מהים ממה שחשבנו, חשבנו שהמלון יהיה ממש קו ראשון לחוף והוא קצת יותר רחוק, צריך ללכת כ10 דקות כדי להגיע לחוף
הבריכות קרות מאוד, היה יכול להיות מעולה אם היו מחממים אותם ל28 מעלות

Unreasonable price for the value they are offering

I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and it was an experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unfriendly and dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and ignored. Any questions I had were met with curt responses and a lack of basic hospitality.

The grounds were a complete disaster! The pool located in the garden area was littered with uncollected glasses and tableware, while the bins overflowed, creating an unpleasant and unsightly environment. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for this establishment in the bar and restaurant.

Dining was another low point. The restaurant was badly lit, dirty, with sticky tables and a general sense of neglect. The food was simply appalling—overcooked, poorly presented, and lacking any flavor. It was an experience that left me questioning how this place could even call itself a hotel.

In short, this hotel is to be avoided at all costs. Save your money and find somewhere else that values cleanliness and customer service. You have been warned!

מתחם אדיר, יש בו הכל, ספא מפנק, אמבטיה טובה, חדר גדול עם מרפסת עם נוף לים, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעבר למצוינת, המבחר, הטעמים, האווירה הטובה בחדר האוכל היה פשוט נהדר

בשעות של השירות חדרים היה רשום שעד 22 אפשר להזמין, פעמיים ניסינו להתקשר ולהזמין ב21 וב20:30 פעמיים אמרו לנו שסגרו את המטבח כבר ויש אותו רק למשקאות, לאחר בירור מול הקבלה זה לא היה דבר שצריך לקרות ואנחנו מקווים שייקחו את זה לתשומת ליבם

Hrana nije bila po mom ukusu, veliki izbor, ali obično samo jedno jelo koje bi zapravo bilo relativno ukusno. Sokovi - hemija koja je u nekom trenutku prejaka, a u nekom preblaga. Jedini deo osoblja koji ne zaslužuje pozitivnu ocenu je čovek na recepciji Spa centra koji je nestao na 20ak minuta da bi pazio na svoju ćerku na bazenu i kad je došao, nije se potrudio da bude od pomoći

Absolutely amazing stay! From clean, spacious rooms, tasty breakfasts with plenty of choices, and beautiful common areas both indoors and outdoors, to comfy sofas and sunbeds by the pool – everything exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price offered at the beginning of the high season. The location was also excellent, just a short walk from the seaside, with great restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. There was even a convenience store and a bakery just around the corner.

Above all, however, I would like to highlight the outstanding service. Everyone was incredibly kind throughout our stay. We travelled as a family group, and most of our relatives do not speak any foreign languages. Nevertheless, all the staff were exceptionally polite and patient with them, for which I am very grateful. Moreover, we accidentally left our house keys in the safe, and the team handled the situation perfectly by sending them back to us by post. We received them just a week after returning home, so everything was quick and hassle-free. Special thanks to Luka, who handled this matter personally and helped us get our keys back, we're very greatful!

Cons:

Nothing at all, we highly recommend this place! If you want to have a great time in Montenegro, this place offers one of the best price-to-quality ratios in the area. We had absolutely nothing to complain about.

Çalışanlar yardımsever ve Güleryüzlüydü.

Cons:

Herşey dahil sistemi çok zayıf, tam pansiyon gibiydi, içecek seçenekleri yoktu yani cila ve soda dışında. Kahveyi makineden almak zorundaydın ve sürekli arızaliydi. Yemek seçeneği azdı.

Aika hintava palvelutasoon nähden

Hotelli oli tyylikäs ja siisti. Huone oli mukava ja vuode juuri sopivan napakka. Uima-altaita oli kaksi ja ne olivat sopivan erilaisia. Tykkäsin toisesta altaasta, koska se oli lähellä allasbaaria. Toisessa hienoa olivat altaassa olevat aurinkopedit.

Cons:

Hotelli oli pieni allinclusive-hotelliksi ja se näkyi erityisesti ruokatarjonnassa. Buffett oli suppein mitä olen missään allinclusive-hotellissa nähnyt. Ruoka oli keskinkertaista. Henkilökunta ei juuri hymyillyt, mutta sama päti kaikkialla Montenegrossa. Kaikki hotelliesittelyssä mainitut palvelut eivät olleet käytössä vielä kesäkuun puolivälissä, esim. rantabaari ja toinen ravintola olivat vielä kiinni.

Açık büfe ve herşey dahil konsept yeteri kadar iyi değildi. Herhangi bir açıklama dahil yapılmadı check-in sonrası. Birşey sormadıkça yada öğrenmedikçe sağlanan hizmetler ile ilgili bilgi aktarımı yok. Açık büfede yeteri kadar çeşit yoktu ve hep aynı ürünleri koyuyorlardı.

חדר מרווח ונוח, מיטה נוחה, ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד, למעט מענה ללחם ללא גלוטן. נוף מהמם ממרפסת החדר.
ביום שלא הייתה רוח והיה חם הבריכה כיפית.

Cons:

שאלנו מראש לגבי לחם ללא גלוטן בארוחת הבוקר וכתבו לנו שיש. בבוקר הראשון לא היה בכלל והתנצלו. ביומיים הבאים היו לחמניות קטנות יבשות / קשות. נדרש שיפור במענה לנמנעים מגלוטן.
קוקטלים בבר היו ברמה נמוכה.
המים בבריכה היו קרים וגם במתחם המקורה לא היה מחומם.
