Our stay was nice
The staff were friendly and helpful and house keeping were great

Cons:

The indoor pool was not heated and was too cold for my liking (didn't want to swim in the sun outside) and when I escalated this, I was told they don't heat it in the summer

The food options were somehow limited and often lacked detailed description of what the meal is which is inconvenient if you have dietary preferences/restriction

Our room had sea view but we were disappointed that half of the view is obscured by another building closer to the beach

המלון מאוד נקי. צוות ידידותי ונענה לכל בקשה. בריכה כיפית אחרי יום ארוך. חניה נוחה במחיר סביר .

We’ve rented the best room in the hotel. Apparently it was not lived in for some time. Many things did not work, a few were broken, the floor was dirty. It took 2 hours to fill the bath tub by then the water was already cold. Food offerings are poor.

Gdybym mogła, siedzialabym tu tydzień bez nudy :-)
Pros:

Hotel bardzo nam się podobał, niewysoki, przestronny z dużym ogrodem i basenami. Personel super, bardzo miły i pomocny, mega dobry zewnętrzny parking hotelowy- przestronny i bez problemu można zaparkowac.

Cons:

Sniadanie do 10.00 ale byliśmy o 9.00 i już było dobrze przebrane, nie było dostawianych rzeczy, wybór z tego co zostało. Kawa średnia, obiekt zabudowany przez wysokie hotelowce w 1 linii od morza i widok który kiedyś był super to teraz go nie ma. Ale hotel rozległy i z klimatyzacja wiec jest chłodno w upał, przyjemnie, czysto i nam sie podobało.

Luxe, maar druk hotel.
Pros:

De accomodatie is luxe, we kregen een upgrade naar een luxe penthouse.

Cons:

Temperatuur was niet te regelen op de hotelkamers. 15 graden is dan erg koud.
Cola zero was niet beschikbaar wanneer je geen all-inclusive had geboekt.
