Pros:

Долго выбирала варианты где остановится в Белграде и не прогадала. Так как сама работаю в отдельном бизнесе, очень тщательно отношусь к чистоте. На удивление все убирались прекрасно и даже не было не единого волоска! Персонал приветливый, завтрак шведский стол, очень разнообразный и вкусный. Номер для одного человека приятный, светлый. Мне было комфортно.

Cons:

Но как всегда есть НО, в номере работал кондиционер только на тепло (на улице было +20). При этом персонал знал об этой проблеме и просто извинился. Так же не работал стационарный телефон. Чтобы что-то попросить, мне нужно было спускаться вниз на ресепшн.
В отеле нет ни одной вазы. Я купила себе цветы на рынке и хотела ими любоваться. Но не смогла их поставить.
Встретилась на парковке у отеля с каким-то клиентом отеля, который стоял с крупной пачкой денег в руках и орал матом на равне со своим водителем на меня за то, что я не могла отъехать в сторону. Отель за это не может отвечать, но было так странно, что на рядом с отеля не было охраны, чтобы усмирить такого гостя.

Excellent - would stay again
Pros:

The property was centrally located and was within about a 10-15 minute walk of almost everywhere we wanted to go.
The hotel itself was clean, spacious, had excellent facilities and the staff were very friendly / helpful.
The rooms were also of a similar high standard - with excellent beds/mattresses, bathroom facilities, etc

Cons:

If I was to be super critical the pillows were a little stiff and uncomfortable.

Hotel Moskva was one of the highlights of my time in Belgrade. The building itself is absolutely stunning — full of history, elegance, and old European charm — yet everything still felt comfortable and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, the staff , Vuk Vucetic the bell man , made me feel genuinely cared for with professional and gracious service. Even went w me to the Apple Store to fix my phone challenges

The location could not have been better. Being right in the center of Belgrade made it easy to explore the city on foot, whether for restaurants, shopping, historic sites, or evening walks. The atmosphere of the hotel feels timeless and sophisticated without being pretentious.

My room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Sitting at the famous café with coffee and pastries while watching the city go by felt like a classic Belgrade experience.

If you want a hotel with character, history, luxury, and an unbeatable location, Hotel Moskva is truly special. I would absolutely stay there again.

Cons:

Я жила в 104 номере в период с 25-29 апреля и оставила там в мешочке серьги - несколько штук и подвеску. И мне никто из персонала не хочет помочь найти

ロケーションは良いホテル
Pros:

街中にあり、どこに観光に行くにも便利。ロケーションは抜群。

Cons:

フロントスタッフ以外のスタッフに笑顔はなく、朝から無愛想。
朝食が毎日同じ。卵料理などを入れてある鍋の蓋を開けたらすぐに閉まる、つまり必要なメニューが取り出せない。（スタッフもこのことを知っていたが、直そうとはしなかった）。
朝9から停電になり、リフトも使用できなくなるのなら、せめて前日に宿泊客に周知すべきでは？
停電のためコーヒーメーカーが作動しなくてもスタッフは｢壊れてる｣と機械を叩いてばかりで、勿論不具合を被らせた客に謝罪なんかない。しようともしない。
セルビアでは、少なくともここのレストランでは、レストラン室内でも(戸外ではなく)喫煙可なんですね。
世界常識からは かなり遅れているように思いました。
部屋にティッシュもなかった。（ゴワゴワのトイレットペーパーで代用しましたが。）

Vi tyckte hotellet låg perfekt, jätte fina rum och bekväma sängar. Super god mat, rolig och god frukost. Jätte välstädat! Rekommenderar verkligen.

Cons:

Vi hade lite svårt för rökningen som fick ske i ena delen i resturangen samtidigt som vi förstår att man får ta seden dit man kommer. Vi hade också otur och hade en takhögtalare utanför vårt rum som spelade musik hela natten.

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el desayuno es muy bueno.

Cons:

El hotel esta muy desgastado, el personal es muy poco eficiente, para ser un hotel de supuesta categoria no tiene apoyo con el equipaje, la recepciónista se demoro 20 minutos para darme mi habitación porque estaba hablando por telefono, ella hacia todo a la vez, bien desorganizado.
