Très bon séjour en plein centre de Belgrade
Pros:

La situation de l'hôtel est parfaite, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, le personnel est sympa.

Cons:

On aurait apprécié avoir une machine à café en chambre, ainsi que du jus pressé au petit-déjeuner.

Pros:

Мне все понравилось. Но было жарковато для меня. Я была в апреле. Батареи были теплые. Приходилось открывать окно и спать с открытым окном.
Понравилась просторная душевая.

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of the city
Pros:

The location is great and also the overall value for money. The rooms are nice and we'll maintained, the amenities are top notch for its price point. The staff is very friendly but the manager was the best. The restaurant has lots of breakfast options and the view from the first floor is quite lovely.

Cons:

I can't think of any negative aspects. I had a good time there.

A very nice hotel but…
Pros:

The hotel is a beautiful building nicely renovated. We had a suite with 2 rooms and it was very nice. The location of the hotel is perfect to walk around in the old city. Breakfast was good too. The ladies in the reception were nice and helpful.

Cons:

The 2 guys during breakfast did not have the slightest idea how to treat customers . They never cleaned the tables whenever somebody else would come to have breakfast. We could feel that they were so frustrated from their job that they would do everything to get rid of us the earliest possible. One morning we went to get some water and a coffee leaving our dishes and affairs on the table. When we returned, after 1-2’, there was nothing on the table, they had taken everything although they knew that we were still there. And all this before 10:00am.
However, the most significant problem was the room cleaning which it was quite insufficient. We stayed there 4 nights, they haven’t changed shits. In the second room, which was paid but was not occupied by our son who decided not to come, they never cleaned although I used the desk there. I think that even the simplest hotel should be clean and this situation is not fair for this hotel. Especially it becomes even worse, if this is a decision of the management. It is a pity !

Жить в Balkan Hotel, а на завтрак ходить в Moskva Hotel напротив - лучшая стратегия
Pros:

Долго не могла выбрать, где остановиться - в Balkan или Moskva Hotel. Первые два дня жили в Moskva - номера красивые, но потрепанные и тесные, осталось впечатление, что жила в шкафу со скрипящими и немного пыльными музейными экспонатами. На обратном пути после путешествия по Сербии - решили попробовать Balkan !! Номера - выше всяких похвал: светлые, просторные (чего стоят арочные окна в 505!) и балкончик в 111 с монументами, окна в душевой - свет и красота, чисто, ново и без музейных экспонатов - белый скандинавский минимализм и шик. Приветливые хостес на ресепшн, шутили на всех языках, решали любой вопрос, пошли на встречу и пустили друзей в СПА уже после времени check-out так как не смогли продлить до позднего выезда. Чудно, что в ресторане можно курить). Вернусь.

Cons:

Завтрак в Балкане - это БОЛЬ! Приходилось подниматься в соседнюю тесную комнату по отдельной лестнице, где все толкутся у одной кофеварки и она же - резервуар с горячей водой, иже толкутся вокруг двух столов с едой в тесном помещении, еда холодная, не выразительная какая-то, официанты, вынужденные обслуживать кухню и столики - бегают в мыле по этой лестнице и обратно, шампанского нет или не предлагают. При прочих равных - завтраки в Hotel Moskva - шикарны и чопорны.

Dobili smo lošu sobu
Molili da nam daju nešto ranije ako je moguće jer smo stigli ujutro zbog sastanaka
Čekali do 15:00 i jos dobili sobu koju smo morali mijenjati
