Все понравилось, кроме работы ресепшен

Расположение. Чистота. Уборка номера. Завтрак

Cons:

Не смотря на то, что заранее написали, а за день до заезда звонили с просьбой о раннем заезде, услуга так и не была предоставлена.
Заселили в номер с непрозрачным окном. На просьбу переселить в номер с нормальным окном предложили только люкс, хотя на сайте бронирования были и другие свободные номера.

Pros:

Tesisin yeri tam merkezde idi, yürüyerek veya toplu taşımla gidilecek her yere yakındı.
Deluxe odada kaldık, oda, banyo çok geniş ve ferahtı. Otel personelinin hepsi çok kibar, güler yüzlü ve yardımsever idi.
Kahvaltı büfesi de çok zengin ve lezzetli idi. Tekrar Belgrad’a gelirsek kesin burada kalırız ve ilk kez geleceklere de tavsiye ederiz

La posizione, c'è un problema io sono italiano e se non sai o l'inglese o il serbo e un po' difficile, però esistono delle app che aiutano per capire e si risolve

Un piacevolissimo soggiorno
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel, in ottima posizione, a poche centinaia di metri da Piazza della Repubblica e dalle fermate degli autobus per i luoghi di interesse più decentrati. Camera ampia, con letto molto comodo. Bagno molto confortevole, addirittura con il bidet!!! Colazione abbondante e di ottima qualità! Staff cortese e disponibile. Ottimo livello di pulizia.

Cons:

L'unico neo è la presenza di una sola ascensore : ciò crea soprattutto negli orari di punta un po' di coda e attesa per poterne usufruire!
