Прекрасный отель в который хочется вернуться.
Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле на четыре ночи и остались очень довольны. Отель очень удобно расположен в центре города. Мы пешком могли попасть во все туристические зоны, Очень уютный отель отличный вид из окна на отель Москва В номере приятно находиться. Номер хорошо оснащен всем необходимым. В наличии мини бар а также полный набор средств личной гигиены. Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки. Выбор блюд большой все свежее и вкусное

Cons:

Брали семейный номер и не помешал бы второй телевизор. На завтраки можно было в меню добавить каши. По прилету были очень рано в отеле и даже за доплату в раннем заселении нам отказали. Хотя было ощущение что отель не был заполнен.

Отель отличный, но сервис нужно улучшать.
Pros:

У нас был номер люкс - большой и удобный. Чисто, комфортно. Отель в центре. завтрак отличный - всего достаточно и вкусно.

Cons:

Персонал не "сервисный". мы приехали в 14 часов - девушка не рецепшн в резкой форме сказала что заселение с 15 часов, ждите. В итоге заселили раньше - в 14.45. Мы не претендовали, спокойно ждали, но сама форма общения странная. Тем более у нас был люкс и он был свободен у них, просто не готов. Ни одной улыбки, тепла... Весь персонал в целом не обучен сервису: официанты на завтраке резко двигаются, врезаются в гостей. За 10 минут до окончания завтрака нас попросили уйти чтобы накрыть столы к ланчу... хотя мы просто сидели в пустом зале и допивали кофе. Жалко. Сам отель хороший, видно что вложено много сил и денег, а персонал как в 70х годах в СССР в горячий сезон. И воды питьевой в номерах нет, тоже странно. Только платная в минибаре. В общем, за персонал снижаю оценку. все остальное хорошо.

Comfortable, welcoming and friendly
Pros:

The location was superb…very central, convenient for public transport (which is entirely free!). The building is beautifully decorated to a very high standard and extremely clean. Breakfast was included in the room rate: it was very varied, beautifully presented and the breakfast staff was so vigilant and helpful. The room we had was large enough for our needs with a large double bed, a sofa, a desk, mini bar, kettle and a beautiful shower/toilet. Although we were overlooking a busy traffic street there was little noticeable noise. The meals in the restaurant were well-priced and delicious (see below for what we didn’t like about the restaurant) the waiting staff were very helpful, understood and spoke English.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is to do with cigarette smoking. In most of Western Europe and the U.S. smoking in restaurants, bars and hotels is strictly forbidden and we have become very used to not having to put up with the odour of tobacco smoke. Unfortunately, it seems that in the Balkan countries this is not the case. The hotel clearly forbad smoking throughout the hotel except for in the restaurant…..the restaurant was divided into a smoking and no smoking area, quite widely separated in distance but without a physical separation, meaning that we could clearly smell cigarette smoke. For those of us who are no longer used to this nuisance, this could be off-putting.

The Balkan Hotel is a true gem in the Old Town of Belgrade.
Pros:

The location was perfect, near to lots of attractions.

The Hotel was newly renovated and everywhere was spotlessly clean and shiny.
The room was spacious and a fully tiled on suit with a great shower and plenty of hot water. Just what you need after a day of walking around the city. There is also a small fridge in the room which is a minibar and some nibbles if you fancy. The prices are shown and would be added to your bill. There is also a safe in a cupboard.

Breakfast was a feast! Everything was available to eat from pastries to bacon and eggs. Cold meats and cheese, fruit and cereals. Plenty of it with the very tentative staff who were clearing and cleaning serving cutlery after each use.
The evening meals , which by the way, have 10% off the price if you stay at the hotel , were excellent too.
We would book this hotel again if ever we returned to Belgrade.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The only small complaint we had was that it was very warm in the bedroom. We opened the window and this helped a lot and this would stop the air condition from working. Cooled the room nicely.

Kahvaltısı

Cons:

Çocuklarım için ayrı , eşim ve kendim için iki ayrı oda kiraladık. Diğer arkadaşlarımızın odaları gayet büyükken , benim ve eşimin kaldığı oda çok küçüktü. Çocuklarımın kaldığında bizden fazla bir de koltuk vardı.

Рекомендую! Расположение, дизайн, чистые, новые номера!

Cons:

Завтрак можно улучшить/доработать( скрамбл холодный и жесткий). Но, рекомендую отель точно!

Odamız çok temiz ve konforluydu.
Yataklar çok rahat ve büyüktü 3 kişi beraber yatmamıza rağmen hiç sıkışmadık.
Kahvaltı avrupa standartlarının üstünde
Konumu çok çok iyi

Cons:

Tek bir asansör olması işleri biraz uzatıyor fakat bu büyük bir sorun değil
2.gün oda temizliği istemedik yinede girilip toparlanmış fakat çarşaflar değiştirilmemişti
Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar aslında yardımcıydı ama tavırları çok hoşumuza gitmedi
Her şeye rağmen avrupa standartlarının üzerinde bir konaklamaydı
