Lokalizacja, śniadanie

Cons:

Obsługa jest fatalna. Na stronie booking świeci się informacja że hotel posiada prywatny parking. Pomyślałem że to bardzo duże udogodnienie że nie muszę płacić za parking w centrum Krakowa. Zarezerwowałem hotel. Dopiero na potwierdzeniu rezerwacji doczytałem się, ze parking jest płatny 60 zł za dobę i że wymagana jest wcześniejsza rezerwacja. Z uwagi na późną porę zadzwoniłem do hotelu z samego rana. Nie odebrali. Kolejne połączenie wykonałem w południe. Odebrała Pani, która poinformowała że są wolne miejsca na Parkingu i że wpisuje mnie na listę. Dodatkowo zapytałem czy mogę przyjechać o przed rozpoczęciem doby hotelowej i zostawić samochód, ponieważ będę uczestniczył w konferencji niedaleko. Pani powiedziała, że nie ma problemu, ale kazała przyjść wtedy do recepcji i wypełnić kartę meldunkową/parkingową o 9. W porządku. Przyjechałem do hotelu, zaparkowałem samochód i zgłosiłem się do recepcji. Pani w recepcji przyjęłan ode mnie numer rejestracyjny i powiedziała że wszystko w porządku. Wróciłem się do samochodu po teczkę i wtedy się zaczęło. Recepcjonistka wybiegła i kazała mi wrócić na recepcję. Powiedziała że mam zabrać samochód bo nie mam rezerwacji. Powiedziałem że mam rezerwację, dzwoniłem i wszystko było ustalone. Pani powiedziała że ona nic nie widzi takiego i że mają pełne obłożenie o mam zabrać samochód… wyjąłem telefon i pokazałem jej historię połączeń. Zapytalem czy to ich numer telefonu - potwierdziła. Powiedziałem że w takim razie proszę wezwać osobę która tego dnia pracowała i potwierdzała moją rezerwację. Dostałem informacje że to była praktykantka i może się pomyliła. Zaproponowałem żeby odsłuchali rozmowę i potwierdzili mi ten parking (czas niestety mi się kończył, konferencja zaczynała się za 10 minut). Nie nagrywamy rozmów - usłyszałem.

Stosunek jakości do ceny ok. Duży wybór na śniadaniu.

Cons:

Płyn do kąpieli to miks różnych płynów z czego i tak nie można skorzystać bo dozownik nie działa.
Tv w pokoju działał tylko przez chwilę, niestety nie miałem czasu zgłosić personelowi.

Zatrzymując się na jedną noc nie mam absolutnie zastrzeżeń do hotelu, czystości czy obsługi.
Pros:

Czysto, schludnie, przemiła obsługa. Miejsce parkingowe przy samych drzwiach hotelu.
Do starówki można dojść pieszo w 20min.
