They did not provide any room. They sent us to a different hotel. I believe they over booked and gave us a lame reason that there is some issue with the room.

FANTASTIC LOCATION - EASY ACCESS TO ALL AREAS OF BUSINESS DISTRICT LIKE MG ROAD, RACE COURSE ROAD, MAJESTIC, MALLESWARAM, RAJAJI NAGAR

Cons:

LOUD MUSIC PLAYED BEYOND 12.30 MIDNIGHT AND WOULD NOT STOP UNTIL 1AM. ROOMS NOT INSULATED TO AVOID SOUND FROM THE BAR. PEOPLE SMOKED IN CORRIDOR DURING LATE NIGHT.

Pros:

Where do I start?..

1. Not for one second did the wifi work for me, i had to use 4G the whole time I was there

2. The toilet in my room (311) was installed in a tilted manner. When you sit on it, you will realize you are slanted.

3. They threw a wild rager party on the weekend. But this went on till 3.30am and was extremely loud!! The thumping was heard loudly all the way to the 3rd floor. Guests gathered in the hallways complaining about this noise. Complaints started at 1am but the party went till 3.30.

4. The kettle was not clean at all when i opened it for the first time

5. The rooms are old and dingy, in need of serious renovations. Funky smell.

Good location, facilities but avoid on weekends
Pros:

Very good interior, premium finishes.

Cons:

Hellish din upto 12.30 on Saturday evening, I believe there’s a club on upper floors and the chief patrons are the owners children, Unproffesional approach of owners is making weekend stays a nightmare for guests to the otherwise well run property.
