A haven of peace
Pros:

I only stayed less than 24 hours but I felt relaxed and welcome at the hotel. All the staff were pleasant and professional and helpful whenever it was needed.
My room and bathroom were excellent. Breakfast had a wide range of choices and I had a delicious omelette specially prepared.
I left my luggage on check out for several hours whilst I had a guided tour and on return I was welcomed back and allowed to relax with cool water whilst I admired the amazing tropical fish in the foyer.

A great experience!
Pros:

We had 60+ friends and family in town for a family wedding - all staying at St Marks over a few days. For such an important event it was crucial that everything go smoothly. I am so happy that everyone was so well taken care of by the entire team at the hotel. We heard so many compliments about the rooms and the food, and that the service was personal and warm while being extremely professional. It was perfect! Kudos to Mr Menon, Ms Amudha and entire team for creating a great culture of attention and hospitality. We are fans!

Pros:

We had associated with St Mark's hotel on behalf of our clients for a wedding and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is ideally located at the heart of the city. Our clients and their guests had a great time and very appreciative of their experience. The staff were highly approachable and extremely courteous. Special thanks to Mrs Amudha & Mr Masood. Looking forward to associating with the hotel again!
