Great staff.
St Mark's Hotel is in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and it was no hassle for them to organise a driver for us for a day to take us up to the Nandi Hills. The breakfast buffet was amazing and we indulged in an Indian breakfast every morning. Most nights we had dinner at the roof top restaurant which was excellent. You can see the stadium lights at night from nearby Cubbon Park Cricket Ground. The easiest way of getting around was by ordering an Uber Tuk Tuk. The drivers only take cash (won't give change) so make sure you have plenty of 100 Rupee notes (roughly less than $2 AUD) as most rides are less than that. There's a bank close by where you can change larger notes. There's a wine/beer shop (Dewars) just down the street and if you get tired of Indian food, the Hard Rock Cafe is also in the same street. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Good location. Rooms were good size and very clean and comfortable. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

A bit over priced for a 4 star property, but I guess they charge a premium due to the location.
Location was perfect. The proximity to many offices and restaurants / coffee shops (Starbucks!) made it very convenient. It was also faster to get to the airport (or any other popular places) from here. The facility is very well maintained to the highest standards (now a Radisson Group).
Room service quality could be improved. Hot/ Cold drinks quantity seemed very limited. Complementary cookies or snacks (even fruits/ welcome drinks) are not offered as in few other hotels. You may have to order them.

Fantastic all around. I have been staying here over the past 20 years and they are always very kind. I was staying with my elderly parents and the entire staff were so incredibly kind to them and helped us in every way. The breakfast is always so good and the rooms are really great. The location is fantastic. I wish the gym were not hidden above the spiral staircase but its nice they have one on site. I really don't think there is anything to fault about this--it has felt like a home away from home every time I stay here. And its way more affordable and less pretentious than the global brands, without compromising comfort or quality.

Śniadania nam ogólnie nie do końca przypadły do gustu jednak to tylko nasze subiektywne odczucia.
Pokój dla europejczyków może być zaskakujacy jednak jest czysty ( jak na region nawet BARDZO czysty ), łóżko jest wygodne, woda pod prysznicem bardzo ciepła co jest cudowne przy intensywnym dniu. Klimatyzacja chłodzi bardzo fajnie. Lokalizacja dla nas była idealna.
Localisation
The hotel is centrally located. My room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. It's a Radisson hotel that offers all the expected amenities. The breakfast was international with a great variety to choose from. But mostly I was impressed with the welcome from the staff at registration and the hotel manager who graciously let me have a late checkout. Also the lobby staff who helped me place my Uber reservation and to watch for the car's arrival.
Very comfortable room, great bed, excellent shower. Really lovely and helpful staff. Great dinner in the roof top terrace and excellent omelettes for breakfast - very pleasant and helpful waitress at breakfast.

We mixed up our reservation and double booked a room as our holiday company had also booked a room. The hotel would not consider a discount for the day not used which is contractualy within their rights, but I felt it was miserable as we didn't have breakfast and the room didnt need servicing.
