Great location. Attentive and professional staff. They went the extra mile to fulfill every request I had. Room sizes were standard. But very clean and comfortable rooms.

Our stay at St. Marks Hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with warmth and genuine courtesy, making the whole experience effortless and welcoming. The children absolutely loved it — the hotel’s family-friendly vibe and little thoughtful touches kept them happily entertained throughout our visit. The highlight, however, was the food: every meal felt exceptional, with flavours that were genuinely mesmerising and memorable. As a delightful surprise, the complimentary cakes and pastries were top-notch — a delicious cherry on top of an already fantastic stay. We left feeling relaxed and very well looked after; highly recommended for families and food lovers alike.

Location is very good, near to palace, attractions, shopping malls and eateries. Atmosphere is pleasant and cool. We booked for Executive room but upgraded to Suite room. Suite room is very spacious and furniture is new. Room is clean and quiet. House keeping is perfect. Room service is satisfactory. We liked to order grilled fish with rice. 10% Discount is given on dining. We didn’t try spa as it was closed at 9 pm. Room rent is expensive but discount is given on room rent. Worth for 4 star hotel stay. We loved to stay there.

St. Mark's Hotel offers an excellent combination of value and quality in the heart of Bangalore. The management and staff go out of their way to meet customer needs and the on-site restaurant / roof top bar offers great food with views of the city. Rooms are clean and well appointed. It is within easy walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. I stay here every time I visit Bangalore!

team lacks information at the front desk, did not explain on the inclusions of the package, even wifi password was not given, while we were reconfirming on the inclusions, check in assistant was blank and checking the papers. HK - double occupancy, single dental kit, single pair of slippers, towels were not replenished, no turn down service in the evening, minibar was empty, water bottles were not replenished, hair dryer plugged under the vanity counter and was not reaching the hair, hand shower positions was of great discomfort, our package included HAPPY HOURS 6 to 8 which was dishonoured and after speaking to 4 team members then we were 1 + 1 beer was offered, bitter and rude experience in the roof top bar - Kohinoor, F & B Manager was not cordial. we stayed 2 nights, second day we did not use the Happy hours at the hotel as we were very much disappointed on the day one. 2nd day we stepped out for dinner and spent more than 20 grands, your hotel has lost the food and beverage revenue for the second day. Overall disappointed with hotel. we have stayed in many Radisson across the globe, this was very disappointing.

St Marks hotel situated right in the heart of city ticks all boxes that one can expect from a good hotel. The real value for money doesn’t come from a very well appointed room or great breakfast but it comes from really warm people who over a period of time treat you as family and not as guests.

Ably led by Mr J.P.Menon, the hotel can boast of being a great destination for business and pleasure travel. The last 2 years that I have been staying here, not once did I have to complain about amenities, food or linen. Everything works so perfectly. It has enough parking, a spa and 2 good restaurants along with meeting rooms.

If you are lucky, you might get invited to a networking evening event hosted by JP for hotel guests. Quite a unique initiative.

The stay was wonderful. The location is central. The breakfast layout is very good and well balanced. The housekeeping is very professional. The front desk team under Mr Suja needs to be complimented for their hospitable approach to guests. I would also like to mention the names of Mr Dinesh, Ms Vijay Lakshmi and the chef at the live counter in 1/4 Restaurant who were very helpful. The entire team of St Marks Hotel ensured that we had a very comfortable stay.

Located centrally, St. Marks is a nice hotel with spacious and well designed rooms. The restaurant offers diverse cuisine options and tastebud tingling food. Peaceful and friendly ambience; I definitely recommend it to other travellers.

One thing , I was taking breakfast and some request to staff however several time forget what my request so I need to do by individually

The restaurant offered a decent breakfast menu. The staff were very helpful, and when I lost an item, the cleaner had kept it safe and returned it to me after I informed them. Very helpful people.

I have been staying in st. Marks Bengaluru for quite some time and I find the hotel staff quite courteous and respectful all times. Good variety of choices in buffet menu. I suggest you add desi ghee and virgin olive oil to complete the offerings. Rooms are comfortable. All in all a decent experience!
