NOTHING like the pictures at all . Very dirty . We were so disappointed we left after an hour . Didn’t feel comfortable enough we literally said take our money we’re out . had no clue it was that dirty the pictures seemed very clean and that’s my fault for not looking at reviews. The pool was a dirty light green hair everywhere all in the pool , windows were open and broken , there was hairballs all over the floor . My room had idk if it was a blood stain or some sort of chocolate.

I hate the fact that I was charged $10.00 dollars per night for parking and the WIFI SUCKS .

The fact that I left that hotel.

Cons:

The noise, the breakfast with uncooked meat. Some of the staff 1 particular staff who is a housekeeper. she das a nasty attitude,the dirty room with the refrigerator that didn't get cold and the microwave that kept shutting off while I was using it. The WIFI didn't work for my whole length of stay and when i approached the staff about it he looked at me like i was crazy (short guy) a fire alarm went off and we were ask to stay inside instead of evacuating fire or not.And the fact I had to pay $10.00 dollars a night to stay here, no other hotel does that I usually stay at country inn but they are going through a renovation I can't wait until it's done.I was very disappointed with my stay at comfort suites and I will never stay here again. They charge $10.00 dollars a night for parking and the WIFI SUCKS.

Cons:

I don’t like that you have to put down $100. for them to take away if something happens to your room. When I found out the elevator was not working I told them I want the $100. back in full.

Great location but not the best option.
Pros:

Location and breakfast

Cons:

Room needed repairs. The heat was off when I walked in the room it was freezing cold. The shower curtain didn't stop water getting all over the bathroom floor. The WiFi wasn't great.
