Good hotel , well maintained property and friendly staff

No complementary breakfast was provided

Overall positive experience on this trip - staff were very accommodating on the late check-in requirement and handled requests in a timely manner. We did have an issue with hot water on the final day/morning, however, weren't able to get it corrected - small issue in an overall positive stay.

IT WAS A BUSINESS TRIP FOR 1 DAY AS WE HAD MEETINGS & BUSINESS DICUSSIONS IN THE VICINITY , IT WAS CONVINIENT, HAD A PLEASENT STAY

The hotel was good and the staff was cooperative from the time of check-in till check out.

Expedia needs to review the 4 star rating for this hotel. It is more like a 3 star which would have affected my decision to stay there. Regret it completely, found real 4 star hotels nearby where I will stay next time

Breakfast was good.
Room set up, poor. For 2 people one set of towels on both days; requested for additional, good service.
Billing and front desk service pathetic. Front desk attendants DID their job. But it is NOT set up for outside customers...oriented towards established clients?

1. The room I was arranged is not what I booked, Hotel said they will re-arrange next day, but nothing happen.
2. Water drainage is leaking, but hotel is not aware.
3. Full of smoking smell throughout corridor.
4. Restaurant waiters just chatting instead of managing buffet area. Even there is no enough dish or cups.
5. Sockets are very difficult to plug in. Very. No matter what kind of plug.

Very quiet and comfortable nights sleep as it is away from busy main roads. Clean large rooms. The mezzanine and Terrace has s great bar. Where u can get food. And live band sings from 7pm to 10pm. They were quite good. Friendly waiting staff too. The lobby restaurant good too. Laundry service quick and reliable. All in all this is a good hotel. But hidden away. But if you have transport not a problem. Still very good location in Bengaluru. Will stay here again.

The hotel and room is generally pleasant and clean. It is near to some companies within the Electronic City in Bangalore, as such it is a good place to consider if you ever go there for business.

However, there is no night activities nor shopping mall near the hotel.

The environment, ambience and the hospitality is too good. Some of the food items are costly.
Also the cab facilities are bit costlier than the public cab service available.
Apart from this, everything is good.

Very comfortable and spacious but little inside , Landmark should be next to Wipro Gate 1 /2 rather than just electronic city

Hotel was ok but very hard to find, what made it worse was when you were leaving the hotel to go anywhere you could use a hotel car ( taxi) or you had a 15 minute walk to find a taxi, of course the hotel taxi were 4 times the price

It was a great stay. The surrounding is typical for the area of Bangalore. The staff was very helpful and courteous, their english speaking skills were great. The breakfast buffet was excellent, it has lots of options, the ommelets and their juices are very fresh. The lounge next to the pool is very comfortable but the work out room could use a few more pieces of equipment.

if your business is in Electronics City great hotel but too far from anywhere else - traffic can be horrendous
