Tony at the desk is fabulous as was every other desk clerk we encountered a great place to stay. I’ll be back Chicago!!!
Pros:

I love the architecture on the outside, and the lobby was really lovely the marble staircases and old Timey elevators that ran perfectly. The rooms were small but extremely comfortable beds. They gave me some extra pillows at my request. I slept dreamily. I also love that they have refillable water bottles in the hall -brilliant. It has the best view of any hotel I’ve stated in Chicago!

Cons:

Was a little bit confusing because it’s called the river Inn but then it’s called the club quarters so I thought maybe I had like double booked a hotel or something until I got there and saw it’s just the same thing with two names!

Great value for money
Pros:

Very conveniently located by the river. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee machine on the 2nd floor and free water server on every floor. My son and I were able to enjoy having a bedroom and a bathroom each. For this price in downtown Chicago, we cannot complain!

Cons:

The hotel is very old.

Short and sweet! I would choose it again. Wish parking was closer!

I liked the style and the staff and the bed was very comfortable!
