My stay was nice beyond my deserving
Pros:

The proximity to Millenium Park and the Mile of shops was a big plus. To have a hotel this nice for a reasonable price was beyond my deserving. The room was clean and came with more amenities than I needed, so that was nice.

I have neve been in a room with no window. The window was a smallwindow in the corner. About 4 inches from the window was a wall. I felt like I was in a closet

Not what you would expect for a downtown hotel right off the mag mile. It felt more like a motel.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

They put us in a different hotel to begin with other than what we originally booked. They finally switched us to the correct hotel at 11pm only after we had to complain about the room being so hot we were sweating, and there was no air conditioning at all. No fan in the bathroom and the chairs were super dirty and stained. Nothing was updated. Shower was dirty. The plug receptacles on the night stand didn't work. Valet employees were very rude.

The location. Staff very friendly. Except for this one guy that was very rude. He didn’t stop the family before us for proof they were staying there. And not to mention that you need your key card to use the elevator! He treated us like we were trespassers.

Cons:

WiFi basically only worked for the last 10 hours of my stay. Dusty. The hair dryer was melted. Staff very friendly. Except for this one guy that was very rude.
