The stay was convienent and reasonable.
Pros:

The location was brilliant and the staff were very friendly and helpful.You could not hear the noise from the city.

Cons:

The room was decent but you could hear noises from other guests around . The bathroom was very small and not super comfortable . The houskeeping was average. They did not clean properly as they did not replace dirty cups and did not take the trash out .

Great location for a visit to Chicago
Pros:

Fantastic location. loved the water bottles and refill stations. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Great coffee machine in room plus a little lounge. Great selection of treats in room for sale

Fabulous location - great value for a one-night stay
Pros:

Perfect location. Great, friendly staff. Beautiful original features in the lobby. Brilliant strong water pressure! Room was tired but plenty big enough. Free ice cold water refills outside the lifts

Cons:

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and the windows need soundproofing! Decor in the room also a bit tired

As expected and will consider staying here again in the future.
Pros:

Location, obviously we wanted a place on the River. But it was a bonus to be able to walk to Millenium park and the Red Line.

Cons:

Our rooms were 9 floors apart and only had 1 bed in the other room for my 2 friends.
