Tiny room with an uncomfortable mattress
Pros:

Room was tiny and like a prison cell, with the only window looking out at the building next door. Mattress was sagging in the middle. Could hear the elevator every time it went past the floor. Only two elevators for the entire hotel so it took forever to get back to the first floor. Would not recommend or stay there again.

Location perfetta, in pieno centro, camera spaziosa, bagno e letto molto comodi, vista bellissima

L'emplacement idéal en plein coeur de Chicago, à distance à pied d'un bon nombre de points d'intérêts...

Cons:

L'ensemble vieillissant des équipements et le fait que la chambre n'était pas isolée par la fenêtre. Il faisait froid à l'extérieur et on sentait l'air passer juste sur nos têtes pendant la nuit (tête de lit collée à la fenêtre)

Great for the location and convenience.
Pros:

I loved the location! They made my stay great when they gave me gift for my bday and making my day special with giving me a river view.

Cons:

Ac didnt work properly, it felt like a fan only and never got cold, and the room was very dusty like no one stayed in it for a long time. Pretty small too. It was tight spaces.

Almost perfect
Pros:

The location is excellent, the staff is super friendly, it is clean, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Everything was almost perfect until the air conditioning stopped working the way it should have. That really detracted from the overall perfection; I didn't sleep well at night because I was hot and the AC wasn't functioning properly.
