Es war leider alles angegriffen und in schlechtem Zustand. Kein Tisch, keine Kante war nicht zerkratzt. Überall lag Staub, im Bad lagen 4 Haare auf dem Boden.

Lovely as always.
Pros:

This is my 3rd time staying. It is always pleasant. Staff are gracious and helpful.

Great location, crappie breakfast
Pros:

Excellent location, the hotel is close to every relevant place in downtown Chicago, we had lovely views!

Cons:

The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, they instead give out $25 vouchers for you to eat at the very expensove land and lake restaurant next door where a small cup pf coffee is $5. Breakfast is so expensive that we had to spend extra on breakfast every single day. I felt cheated!!!
