Notre court séjour nous a donné envie d’y retourner plus longtemps!
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal. Le personnel (Pedro) était hyper sympatique et c’était simple. Nous avions une belle vue de notre chambre et avons très bien dormi! Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit pendant notre escale, mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Nous reviendrons!

Cons:

Honnêtement, rien. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin y était.

Pros:

Great location, staff was friendly and professional. The hotel room , while tiny, had everything we wanted.

Cons:

The only complaint is about the elevators. It always took at least 10 minutes for it to arrive which is unacceptable.

Séjour correct et petites attentions agréables,
Pros:

Emplacement parfait.
Mise à disposition des bouteilles vide avec une fontaine à eau fraîche.
Une vue magnifique sur la rivière.
Certains membres du personnel accueillants et sympathiques.
Confort.

Cons:

La première nuit, la Clim fuyait dans la chambre et de la peinture se détachait du plafond, et le lit était trop petit 140cm. J’avais réservé une chambre lit queen size et j’avais demandé une vue rivière si possible, j’ai eu la vue mais pas le lit.
Le lendemain on changé de chambre. Plus grande chambre, plus grand lit, plus belle vue rivière mais la chasse d’eau des toilettes avait un problème elle se déclenchait toute seule toute la nuit, nous l’avons réparé nous même et le séjour est devenu parfait sauf que un des deux ascenseur est tombé en panne pour nos trois derniers jours. Étant au 21ème étage, le temps moyen pour prendre l’ascenseur était de 10 minutes. Pouvant aller à une vingtaine de minutes avant de pouvoir monter dedans. On l’a fait une fois par l’escalier ça nous a suffit.
Dernier point négatif, l’insonorisation. Même au 21éme étage on entend la musique de dehors, les gens, les ambulances, le roof top de l’immeuble collé.
Malgré tout, cela ne nous pas gâché le séjour dans cette ville incroyable.

Pros:

Localização perfeita e vista do quarto belíssima! Disponibilizam água e café gratuitamente o que facilita muito no dia a dia, além disso os funcionários foram extremamente educados e prestativos!

Cons:

Um elevador estava estragado e o outro ficava em manutenção constantemente, fazendo com que tivéssemos que descer de escada vários andares mais de um dia.
