Best location and best staff
Pros:

This hotel is awesome! Everybody is so willing to help and staff is very friendly.
Breakfast is fantastic and the location is the best in The city. I have stayed here more than once and can’t wait to go back’

Convenient and comfortable stay
Pros:

As other guests have mentioned, the rooms are extremely small. However, if you are only there to sleep and explore St. Petersburg during the day, I didn’t find that this mattered. They are clean, efficient, and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and most spoke very good English. Breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of foods, and delicious. While you could hear some noise at times coming from the street, the hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful. The central local was within a 10-15 minute walk of almost everything I wanted to see in the city.

We enjoyed our stay unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to covid19 so we only got to stay 2 nights instead of thd 4 we paid for. Would stay here again if we return which we most likely will. When the world is back to normal.

Pros:

Location and great service. This is the second time in two years that I stay with the family. The location of this hotel is extraordinary. The included breakfast buffest is excellent way to start the day. The staff are amicable and available to help. Requests are taken care immediately. The people are there to do their job well. I am planning to coming back to St Petersburg in a year and this definitely will be my only choice for hotel. I highly recommend it.

Location 5/5- Within short walking distance of major attractions, metro station and restaurants.
Internet 4.5/5- Reliable when working.
Staff 5/5- Friendly and helpful.
Room 2.5/5 - stayed on the 3rd floor, could hear a band on the street till 11pm, the level had a unique smell, bed and facilities were average.

Hotel location is good. Situated in an area where walking is possible to The Church of Saviour on Spilled Blood & Hermitage Museum. Metro station is not too far away . There’s lots of shops sell souvenirs, restaurants, high end products, bar, theaters, convenient store usually located at the basement of shops.

Staff at this hotel are not friendly. Make sure you’ve evidence( hard copy/printout) of the changes you made on the reservation because the staff do request you produce evidence of the change and has been approved.

Pros:

I liked the position which was very convenient for central St Petersburg. The breakfast was good: varied and easy to access.
I didn't have such a good room this time - there wasn't a chair, the plug was missing from the bathroom sink, and the room was very hot - I couldn't see where to turn the heating down.

Perfect hotel and location
Pros:

Really lovely hotel that's right at the heart of St Petersburg. The room was clean and comfortable and everything was just what you want from a hotel. The only negatives really are the breakfast wasn't really up to much and they also didn't seem to recycle anything and used lots of plastic bottles in the bathroom

Pros:

The place is hard to find, no sign on the street. It is a refurbished former apartment building. Overall, they did a good job with renovation, though details are missing. There is no holder for the shower head, you have to hold it in hand. And no curtain either, be ready for slippery floor.
The location is perfect, a quiet street just off Nevskiy.
