Everything about the resort was to such a high standard and the facilities were very well maintained and do clean.

Vi haft værelse i suits område. Jeg kan godt lide udsigterne og pool. Det var stille ikke mange gæster der.
Værelse har været ren og dejligt.
Der var problem med motion center, motion center var lille, ikke mange maskine, kun to løbebånd og der var tilladt kun få personer, tiden var meget begrænset, man skulle være der kun i 45 min.

Never done an all-inclusive family holiday before. Not really our thing. We thought we'd give it a go. We've also not really done 5-stars as a family before either. We guess we still haven't.

We had a great week here and were pleased with the overall service and the food wasn't too bad either. However, we'd read a lot of reviews in advance so perhaps our views were already biased but we're pretty sure this doesn't match everyone's 5-star definition.

I could go into detail as to why but other reviews have covered those things at length and honestly I don't want to be too negative.

The resort was great. It would do better to pitch itself as a 4 star family hotel.

A few highlights:

1. The pools are good and the slides are fun.
2. The food is pretty decent. Buffet is fine and plentiful. We had two a la carte meals. The Asian and Italian. We preferred the Italian.
3. Staff are generally friendly and keen to help.
4. Family room was large and the sofa beds were perfectly adequate for adult and near adult children.
5. The animation team (though not really our thing) are clearly fabulous. The contortionist was freaky!

A few areas for improvement:

1. It would be good to have some form of dedicated parking provision that matches what's described.
2. Some staff could do with a bit more training.
3. Not great that our towels were changed daily even though we didn't ask.
4. The drinks are a bit hit and miss. Best cocktails are in bar at night.

To be clear. We had a good time!

Skønt hotel med rig mulighed for at vælge lige præcis den type pool og poolbar du godt kan lide. Hotellet er meget stort og kan derfor godt blive lidt upersonligt ved all inclusive-buffet og fællesarealer generelt. Ligger langt fra by og er derfor mest til en ren badeferie.

This is not a 5 star facility, the staff although very friendly, need a lot more training. There is simply not enough information. You are constantly referred to using the app but the app does not have all the information, so it is repeatedly back to the front desk for questions. One person in our group did not have power in their room for about 16 hours overnight , until staff remembered shewas supposed to get an extra card to use for electricity. Safes differ in mechanism between rooms, the more unusual ones did not have instructions, so again to front desk. If you have food intolerances, the meals are difficult to figure out, as only some were marked with which allergens were present. General poor awareness about gluten intolerance in dining room (although the person at the beach bar did clean utensils and grill before heating a glutenfree pizza base, so at least it seems he was aware). Drinks were fairly watery (wine and cocktails)— the cocktails came from commercially prepared pre-mixed cartons. The only additional restaurant we were able to book for was the asian— don’t bother, very small menu and other than the chicken wings( which were nice) the rest was dry and no taste. Again, despite ample prior warning, no preparedness for gluten intolerance, so the chef made me a chicken breast and rice, which is not something you would specifically go to a restaurant for.
One swim towel only, obtainable only from spa every 48 hours, was very unusual for a beach &pool holiday

Das einzig Gute in dem Hotel waren die Spezialitäten Restaurants.

Kaputter Wasserhahn im Bad und defekte Beleuchtung im Flur vor unserem Zimmer wurde auch nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung nicht behoben. Durch die defekte Beleuchtung im Flur und an der Treppe besteht extreme Sturzgefahr wenn es dunkel ist.

Privatpool dreckig wurde aber nach Aufforderung behoben.

Essen im Main Restaurant kalt und 3 mal ist es mir passiert dass ich Haare in meinem Essen fand. Es ist nicht möglich in den Restaurants entkoffeinierten Kaffee zu bekommen. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren noch nicht alle Restaurants geöffnet ( Creperie war noch geschlossen) .
Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen und es hat definitiv keine 5 Sterne.

Das Lindos Imperial Resort ist insgesamt ein schönes Resort, das uns viele positive Erlebnisse beschert hat. Besonders das Essen war hervorragend, vor allem in den Themenrestaurants, die eine tolle Abwechslung geboten haben. Auch die Poollandschaften und die Nähe zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Trotz der vielen Gäste hatten wir nie das Gefühl von Überfüllung, weder am Buffet noch bei den Liegen. Unsere beiden Jungs hatten großen Spaß – für uns als Eltern ein wichtiges Kriterium.

Leider gibt es jedoch auch Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Anlage wird nicht überall gut in Stand gehalten, und viele kleinere Mängel blieben ungelöst, obwohl sie leicht repariert werden könnten. Das Personal hat dabei nicht immer den engagiertesten Eindruck hinterlassen. Besonders das Animationsteam hätte mehr Initiative zeigen können, da es nur wenige Angebote gab. Auch der Miniclub war recht überschaubar: Es wurde hauptsächlich gemalt und gepuzzelt, ohne abwechslungsreichere Aktivitäten für die Kinder.

Trotz dieser Kritikpunkte hatten wir insgesamt einen schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die positiven Aspekte, wie das gute Essen, die Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre, überwiegen, weshalb wir uns vorstellen können, wiederzukommen.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Firstly the front service was terrible, they barely speak any English. Secondly the first room that they gave was HORRENDOUS. There was spider webs in the ceiling corners. The shower glass was chipped and very sharp. There was hair throughout the entire room including the “clean” bed sheets. The bed sheet was ripped in multiple places. The refrigerator was sticky and had leftover food from the other guests and the smell was disgusting. When we went to the lobby to complain about the room they said they will come and clean the room, after a 1. hour wait they finally arrived with the manager. When they saw the amount of work they will need to do they just left the room and said they will give us a room the next day. We had to spend the night in a room that looked like it had never been cleaned which had ants walking around the floor. We couldn’t even open the balcony door to get some fresh air because there was no bug net. As well the food was simple but good, the breakfast had no variety during our stay.The dinner was better it had new food types every dinner. And our servers were wonderful. János Kálmánchelyi was a wonderful server and even a better person. The beach was non swimmable because it had very big, slimy rocks that made it hard to get in and get out of the water. There was no sand on the beach it was little pieces of gravel. The gravel made it dusty. We will not waste our time coming here again. TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I want to share my recent experience at Lindos Resort. Overall, the stay was a mix of positive and negative aspects.

On the positive side:
- Some of the staff, such as Klara and the manager at the reception, were genuinely friendly and welcoming.
- The resort had multiple pools, which were great for relaxation and enjoyment.
- The Italian restaurant served high-quality dishes, making it a standout dining experience.

However, there were several disappointing aspects:
- Some of the senior staff at the bar near the reception were rude and impolite.
- There was a foul smell near the relax pool border, which was unpleasant.
- The buffet food was underwhelming, with repetitive items such as pasta and Bolognese sauce almost every day, although Friday night's buffet was an exception.
- Unfortunately, after one of our dinners, my family and I experienced food poisoning, which required us to seek medical attention. This seems to be a recurring problem based on previous reviews.

Overall, due to these negative experiences, I do not plan to return to this hotel nor would I recommend it.

Hôtel dans un jolie domaine avec de beaux extérieurs.
Nourriture très bonne, nous avons testé deux restaurants (le grec et l’asiatique) très bons aussi.
Chambre spacieuse avec une belle vue et terrasse donnant sur la plage très agréable.
Par contre il y a un vrai manque de propreté.
Nous avions pris cet hôtel pour la piscine d’activité pour notre enfant mais quelle surprise en arrivant. De la nourriture partout par terre, des verres, des pailles, des frites, … jamais vu ça pourtant nous voyageons beaucoup.
Manque de propreté également dans la chambre, coussin tache qui est mis à l’envers pour cacher la tache, un jour pas de ménage fait à 16h nous avons dû le réclamer, sol pas aspiré, … vraiment grosse déception de ce côté cela ne correspond en rien à un standing 5 étoiles et c’est dommage. Je n’y retournerai pas.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had an overall excellent experience. The facilities were top-notch, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. My room had a private pool and a stunning sea view, making it a truly magnificent experience. I highly recommend it!

The dining options were delightful, and the service in the restaurant was impeccable.

However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the the woman at the spa reception. They were not friendly at all. When we requested fresh towels, we were rudely sent back to our room because we didn’t have our card with us. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of your otherwise wonderful establishment.

I strongly recommend reevaluating the staff in these areas to ensure they meet the high standards set by the rest of your team. Addressing this issue will greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Despite this, I had a fantastic stay and would love to return in the future.

We have just come back from a beautiful stay at the 5 star Lindos Imperial, we loved every minute, the rooms were lovely, we had views of the pool and sea. Great facilities in the room, very comfy beds, air con was a relief in the room as it was very hot!
The food was amazing, spoilt for choice, absolutely delicious!
The entertainment at night was very good, and the whole place is huge but we were very lucky being near the beach as we prefer the beach to the pool, the pools however we’re great, lots to choose from, we also had the VIP package which allowed us to stay in our room on the last day when our flight was due, which was fab!
Couldn’t fault it and we didn’t want to come home lovely place and would highly recommend.

Superbe hôtel avec de nombreuses piscines (activity pool, relax pool, main pool, etc), de nombreux bars, de nombreux restaurants, une jolie plage bien aménagée.
L'hôtel est très grand, les piscines ne sont pas chauffées (c'est juste pour se baigner début Mai).
Le personnel est très bon et très attentif aux demandes, ils ne parlent pas tous anglais mais on se débrouille :)
L'accueil à notre arrivée a été parfait. Il y a également un "espace vert" pour garer une voiture de location à proximité.
