Pros:

كانت تجربتنا في الفندق ممتازة بشكل عام، فالفندق جميل ونظيف، والخدمات كانت مميزة، كما أن معظم الموظفين كانوا متعاونين وودودين ويستحقون الشكر.

لكن للأسف، كانت تجربة تسجيل الدخول سيئة جدًا بسبب إحدى موظفات الاستقبال. كان أسلوبها غير لائق، ولم يكن هناك احترام أو تقدير لظروفنا، رغم أننا وصلنا بعد رحلة سفر طويلة وبرفقتنا أطفال. كما طلبت منا متطلبات غير معتادة، وتسببت في تأخير دخولنا لمدة ساعة ونصف فقط للبحث عن الحجز في البريد الإلكتروني، وكان من الممكن التعامل مع الأمر بطريقة أسرع وأكثر احترافية.

لا نرغب في أن تؤثر تجربة موظفة واحدة على تقييم بقية الموظفين المميزين، لكن نتمنى من إدارة الفندق مراجعة أسلوبها وتدريبها على حسن التعامل مع النزلاء، خصوصًا العائلات القادمة من السفر.

كنت أتمنى معرفة اسمها أو رقمها الوظيفي لتوضيح الملاحظة بشكل مباشر، لكن للأسف لم تسنح لنا الفرصة. وباستثناء هذا الموقف، كانت بقية تجربتنا في الفندق ممتازة.

Quiet place for relaxing experience
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. We had a rented car, so it wasn't a problem to explore nearby beaches. The territory is well-kept and clean. There are now crowds, which makes it feel private. There is a good range of free water activities at the hotel, like water skiing, sailboats, kayaks, snorkelling etc. The rooms are big and overlook the ocean. The stuff are friendly and helpful.

الغرف جميله لكن ما انصح فيه
Pros:

سكنت فيه ثلاث ليالي اخذت غرفه عائلية عبارة عن غرفتين وتكرمون دورة مياه الغرف جميلة واطلالتها على المحيط الرومو سيرفسر طلبنا منهم مرتين عشاء للامانه ارخص من انك تاخذ الغرفة بعشاء طلبنا منهم فوتوتشيني وبيتزا سعرهم تقريباً 100 ريال

عندهم نظام غبي جداً كنا 4 يحطون لكم 4 قوارير ماء ام 500 مل اذا طلبت زياده علشان قهوه اوشي يقولك المساء يحقلك تطلب مره ثانيه ماكانهم خمس نجوم وكل ماطلبنا بالليل يرسلون حبتين 😅
النظام الثاني الفوط على المسبح انا سكنت قبل باكثر من منتجع اول مره تمر علي طريقه متخلفه مثلها لازم تعطيهم بطاقة علشان يعطونك الفوطة ويسلمونك البطاقة بعد ماترجع الفوط المشكلة تجي تبي ترجعها ماتحصل موظف تقعد تحتريه يجي
الفطور للامانه تحس موجه للهنود ما الومهم صراحه معظم السكان هنود

Pros:

Staff and service. Ben is the best. He goee above and beyond. The porters are amazing. Lady in veda was great. All staff are wow. Jacuzzi is my favorite.
