Elle est très gentille nous avons beaucoup parler avec elle c’est une très belle personne avec un grand cœur . Nous ne l’oublierons pas ..
seul point négatif les chambre sont un peut mal insonorisé, nous avons était réveillé à 5h du matin par nos voisine qui rigolaient et parler un peut fort . Sinon très beau séjour à l’île Maurice .

It’s one of the best resorts I have been in Mauritius! It looked amazing and had great views. We have had the best food at all of its restaurants and would highly recommend them to anyone. The rooms were very comfortable to the point where we felt at home. Staff members were very friendly and catered for our needs efficiently. Would definitely go again next time we are in Mauritius!
The room:
The room was perfect — exactly as described and shown in the photos on booking.com.
Breakfast:
The breakfast was good, but the organisation was a bit strange. You need assistance to find what you need — for example, they put butter at the juice section instead of near the bread. Some food sections are also inconveniently located. But generally after the first day — the learning day — you get used to it. The staff is friendly and very responsive, big thanks to them!
In general:
Restaurants are tasty, service is very good and people are friendly. Lots of families with kids. Also, the hotel was full but you would only notice it at breakfast — the rest of the time it looks almost empty. Very well managed.
SPA:
There were two saunas, both only slightly warm. Why not keep one at a lower temperature and make the other properly hot?
The hammam is the biggest issue. It should be made from marble but here everything — benches, walls, all surfaces — is plastic. Plastic when heated releases hydrocarbons into the air, making this small enclosed space genuinely unhealthy. I hope they will fix this.
Ocean:
Clean but too many rocks, too shallow and not much space to swim. I noticed that most guests were using the pool rather than the ocean.

We loved everything! The kids were in heaven. Chef Jawreeya's Indian food was amazing and we were treated with different combinations every morning.

We liked the room very much, it was really nice. The few beaches which are belong to the hotel was okay, but nothing special. It worth to walk a few minutes to Turtle Bay which is much better for snorkeling. It belongs to another resort, but on the public beach part nobody cared that we are there. Obviously we couldn't use their facilities.
All the restaurants we tried were nice, the staff was really kind and very friendly. The selection of food was quite good, both for breakfast and dinner we could find something which are not too spicy.
On the first day we arrived there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, maybe somebody left the door open. After few days we found all of them and we watched the doors keeping them outside.
