I enjoyed my stay since I felt safe and the bed was very comfotable. Highly affordable as well!
Pros:

The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Close to the mall and Old Scottsdale.

Cons:

It was a bit drafty and across the street from a busy area where there’s many bars and loud music.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent for a quick and easy start of the day.

Cons:

I should have paid closer attention to the warning of noise from local bars. A bit pricey for what you get, probably because of baseball spring training going on.

I spent my birthday here and was not disappointed with the staff or the service & stay. I highly recommend this hote
Pros:

The Service was EXCELLENT!
Rooms were clean & felt easy to breath in which I liked, the location was perfect for later on in the evening when it came to grabbing dinner, I wish I had an extra night due to how much we enjoyed it there

Cons:

I liked everything. All my expectations were met & if anything they exceeded them

Pros:

Great location close to the best of Scottsdale. High standard Best Western. Good breakfast. Not buffet but you select what you want from the list on the board. Really attractive hotel wirh comfy and spacious rooms, which were spotless. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Alas the pool closed for repairs the day after my arrival. I wasn't notified by Booking.com.

It would be nice if the hotel had a Market Place to purchase snacks and essentials.

Overal very good. Loud music would have killed it.
Pros:

Breakfast lots of options Room- ADA room. Hit my head 3 times on the upper/extended towel bar above toilet.

Cons:

Staff said normally the music from a block away is normally really rocking the hotel. I did hear some vibrations around 11:45pm. Glad it didn't run the entire evening! You'd never know that from online descriptions.

Best breakfast!
Pros:

Breakfast was phenomenal! Room was clean and bed was comfortable!

Cons:

It is downtown so I heard a nightclub when I woke up to use the restroom. It didn’t keep me awake and it isn’t the hotel’s fault but thought I should mention it. I also didn’t like the fact that they charge for parking but I did know in advance.

Overall a great choice!
Pros:

We stayed at the Sundial for three nights in January. Overall it was great. The three employees we interacted with at the front desk were all polite and professional. The breakfast is complimentary, but you pick items from a board and they make it for you. We prefer buffet style? But not a huge deal. The room was very small, but fine for two people. Four would have been a squeeze. The room and the hotel grounds were immaculate, the beds were great, and the people were very nice. It is located one block from Fashion Square Mall and maybe a couple of blocks from Old Town, so a great location! I see that a few complained about noise, but we were there on a Friday night, and didn't hear anything out of the ordinary. It was a nice place to stay, and we would recommend it.
